they make a really good burger really good selections and a decent price. If you go to Five Guys you almost pay double for the same thing and the fries suck. Habit is the best thing going right now. Fatburger is way too expensive and in and out is overrated, and their fries suck too. don’t wait don’t hesitate go to habit and it will become a habit but in a good way the burger way

Instant fan boy. You can really taste the charred essence on the patty. This is what Carl’s Jr supposed to taste like. I got the charburger; it is packed with a patty, lettuce, tomato, and grilled onions. So simple, so good. There are other interesting combinations that I will explore sometime in the future.

I have to start to say the experience was pleasant, service is great, cashier friendly .
Double char: not bad. Quite good. But not quite «beeps «in van nuys .
I don’t work for beeps, I have no association with beeps, I am just a customer who just can not get that flavor anywhere else .
Also had the tuna sandwich. No complaints … However the tartar and the teriyaki together was a bit weird. Than I got used to it .

My work place brought over the truck recently and I tried out The Habit finally. Good burger– simple, quality non-​greasy meat, lettuce/​tomatoe, and crispy thick-​ish fries. This place seems classic so if you are into gourmet burgers definitely go elsewhere. Not bad though!

I signed up for their newsletter to get the free char cheese burger promotion. The cashier was really nice. The burger was really good. The lettuce and tomato is fresh. I also ordered sweat potato fries, it tasted like any other sweat potato fries.

I came in here for a Veggie Burger after having it earlier this week at the El Segundo location. It’s been a while since I’ve eaten at the Habit and I realized there’s so many ways to eat healthy here.
The Sherman Oaks location is quite nice. The Veggie Burger with avocado is awesome and what a great price around 5 – 7 bucks!
What really topped my visit off was the Manager Theresa. She was so nice to all guests and even her team. I could tell she is a leader. She knows what service is about not only with customers but employees. It was pleasant to actually experience while I ate my burger. I will come back again because of her service. And if I was still working for Target Corporation I would recruit her in a heart beat. :)

Awesome food, awesome service, OK location… I had to park around the block and walk a bit since metered parking was taken up. Very impressed by the marketing behind this company though. They recently backed up bad service at another location with some free burger coupons which definitely restored my love for the company and food. Thank you!

This review is long overdue. For the past 3 years, this has been one of my go-​to spots for quick dinner fixes.
I always get the the double cheeseburger with onion rings and fries. Although I strayed and tried the fish burger once and it was surprisingly delish.
I usually crave greasy fried goodness on particularly stressful days. Which is why I’m extra thankful to always be greeted by happy, friendly staff. They always get my order right. It always comes out quickly. It’s always delicious. And miraculously, their single bathroom is always conveniently vacant (and clean) when I need to wash my hands.
Thanks guys for being so reliable.

I came here trying to test out another burger spot and wanted to see what the Habit «hype» was all about.
After finishing my burger and fries I thought everything was delicious. The restaurant was always clean and spotless. The workers were all friendly. Great environment to be in and it is in a perfect location.
I will definitely be coming back here!

I usual order the chicken sandwich (burger with chicken patty) with extra lettuce, grill onions and fries with no salt. Yummy I love to eat the fries with ranch dressing.
The prices are fair hopefully stays like that.

Thought it was a great burger for a fast food joint. I found myself contemplating whether or not I enjoyed it more than In N Out. I know that’s always a tough comparison. The food was well prepared and felt more like a home made burger vs a fast food place. I just tried the regular Char burger but I would like to come back and try some of the other burgers. They do burgers well. bravo.

I love my burgers, I was out in the valley last night and stopped by. The Habit Burger’s food is «good,» nothing amazing but good. For a restaurant that is hamburger based, I would expect them to step up their game some with their burgers.
The price is very reasonable and the staff is super nice :-)

Ok surely you’ve had a habit burger before if you haven’t try them they’re good but this review will be about the customer service. 5 stars all the way I was so impressed by our super friendly cashier she made my visit a great one.
She was on top of it all making sure the orders were coming out right and that our visit was great. I loved it! It’s hard to find customer service nowadays much less great customer service.

I love Habit Burgers… Much more than In N Out, but I can’t give them 5 stars because I really wish they’d do something really simple with how they cook their fries.
It’s as simple as investing in a separate fryer for the fries instead of using the same oil to fry their onion rings and nuggets. My spouse has celiac disease (severe allergy to wheat) and can eat the burgers easily in a lettuce wrap. But no sides because of the fryer issue! Major let down and not much of a meal.
Please consider a separate fryer for your fries!
