The exam was pleasant. Nice comfortable facility. However 8 weeks later and I never received a call from their on-​site prescription eye glass center (they only do fittings on Saturdays). So I still have cruddy eyesight and using store bought readers. Sadly, this is where my HMO referred me. Sad times in customer service history.

this place shouldn’t even get a star. customer service is horrible and they charge you for free trail contact lens when it clearly states on the box «free trail not for resale» charged me $ 30! and office manager and owner refuses to give a refund. they charged my daughter knowing she didn’t know any better because she is young! reporting them to BBB

DItto on the first review. Previous doctor had no bedside manner at all. Dr. H is the sweetest and most caring doctor around not to mention skilled professional. My aunt can see better than I can at 93 and I just hit 60!

I have been going to this eye center for 3 years for a retina problem and glaucoma.
The best thing my former PCP did was refer me to Dr. Hovanessian. He has helped me with his treatment, and his staff are very nice and professional.
I wanted to recommend that my friend go there but she went to someone else who has made her eye worst.
Your eyes are the looking glass to the world and thanks to this office I am lucky to say my vision has improved for the better.
I even wrote a book.
I would highly recommend this office and this doctor. Very pleasant and knows his stuff.
I also had both catarats removed by him and it was a breeze.
