I was not a high-​end customer. I needed an inexpensive but comfortable mattress. Greg Heyman treated me respectfully and worked with me on price as well as payment options so I could stay within my budget. Greg patiently showed me several mattresses and gave me the information I needed on each one to make an informed decision. He also did little things that really made a difference: let me lay on each mattress for awhile, closed the blinds on the windows so the sun wasn’t shining in my eyes, and provided comfy pillows while I tried out mattresses. I left feeling I had paid a fair price and had been treated respectfully.

Couldn’t have asked for more honest, helpful customer service. This store is refreshing because it doesn’t sell with gimmicks, it sells with genuine customer service. I love my mattress and I got a really great deal for it.
