What a perfect location by the 405 freeway on ramp. Filled up here a few times when I was running almost empty. This place is pricier than other stations, so will stop in only if I’m really low.

Nice and convenient location by the 405 on ramp. Saved me a few times when I was running really low on gas and had to get through a 30 minute drive down the freeway to Westwood. Prices are higher at this location. Probably because of its prime location. Can be hard getting out as it is in a congested location.

Not customer friendly. I ended up paying a lot for a small amount of propane because a small sign separate from the price information indicated a minimum charge of $ 20.

I come here often since I work up the street. I had never gotten service on my car, but I brought my grandmothers car here. I thought the customer service was great. The guy who helped us was really nice. The clerk inside is nice too. What sucks is people just hang out there. People will park there (not at the pump) and just talk and they block some exits. It drives me crazy. And why would you hang out at a gas station anyways ?! Its happened several times. This station is busy enough.

I can’t say much about this place except that they sell over priced gasoline. I’ve gotten stuck going here because I needed to jump on the 405 and they’re located across the street from the entrance. I try to stay away from this gas station as much as possible.
I get that they charge what they do because of their location, but I think it’s taking advantage. Plus, if they had better prices, I would pump here more often because I would choose to, not because I get stuck to.

I have mixed feelings about this location because I work nearby and know a thing or two about this gas station. Let me go into detail…
PROS:
Super friendly employees. The guys in the convenience store were very nice to me! Also, some of my co-​workers get their cars worked on here and they all are pleased with the work they have done. The auto shop guys Brian and Vic are great and have a good relationship with my co-​workers. They are very friendly and super helpful!
Location is also really great. It’s located right by the 405 and 101 intersection. An on-​ramp to 405 South is literally right across the street. But this leads me to the cons…
CONS:
Because the location is also great, I think this is actually almost detrimental to their business.
1) Gas prices are insanely high. They can get away with it because it’s right next to two of the biggest freeways in Los Angeles.
2) Lots of THEFT and ROBBERY. Their convenience store has been robbed more than once, and just recently a car that belonged to one of their auto shop customers was stolen right out of their parking lot. They normally park the cars that they are working in inside their garage, but they were all full so they parked some of their cars outside. It is such a shame that things like this happen… Totally not the employees’ faults. I think it’s because it’s such an easy location for a quick getaway.
Thus, I have to give them 2 stars because I fear the safety of their customers. They should install better security cameras and such so things like this stop happening (or just happen less frequently)!

Do you like repair work that is incomplete or poorly done? Would you like to pay for the same job multiple times? Do you like that churning doubt and simmering anger in your gut when you suspect you’ve been ripped off by your mechanic? Can I interest you in a surly and unhelpful attitude to go with your service?
If so, go to Sherman Oaks Union 76, otherwise, stay far, far away.
Oh, by the way, gas here is about 25 cents per gallon more than anywhere else in the area. Enjoy!

Vic is the Best. He will not play games, he will tell you what needs to be done how much time he needs, and will do the best personalized work for your car. I’ve had my cars at other places too, but keep going back to the best. The price is always fair, AND you will get more than what you pay for! Vic will do the best job for any price, whether you think it’s cheap or expensive. He will go above and beyond.

Bryan and Vic are the best! I’ve had Bryan work on all of my cars and his work is exemplary. Highly recommended.

Yes, gas prices higher than some, but mechanic Bryan is VERY CAPABLE AND HONEST and can explain clearly what you need and then what he’s done. He’s a specialist on Rolls, Lincolns and can do everything in between. (He’s renovated my 3 classic Lincolns.) Can’t trust your mechanic? Bring it here.

I think it’s the only place that still offers Full and Self service. Pricey but convenient when on empty and easy to hop on North 405 fwy after you fuel up.

Expensive but convenient. Thiswas my local gas station when I used to live here and whenever I’m staying in the area.

Gas prices are ridiculous but that’s expected across the street from a 405S entrance.
The staff is really courteous and it’s one of the only gas stations that keeps their doors unlocked after hours.
They have a good selection of drinks, candy, snacks, and basic household items.
A good spot to refill propane, just make sure you do it before the mechanics leave at 7pm. No mechanics = No propane

Bring vaseline if you plan on pumping here, because these gas prices will make you feel you got raped in the a**. And the owner is a douchebag.

It’s close, so I stop in every now and then. nothing special.

Late night trying to get gas, but the damn pump can’t read my credit card. I flip it every way I can and still gotta go show it to the attendant. Not a big deal, but annoying when I need every second of energy to stay awake and drive home…
