I must say that finding a maintenance company to install my new light fixture and other upkeep to my home was a bit frustrating and expensive. I found SB Maintenance and they did exceptional craftsmanship with the work. Extremely professional and timely, inexpensive, knowledgeable and did a great job!!! I am so happy that I found SB Maintenance and will continue my business with them!

I am a resident manager for one of the properties at LBPM property management. Sam is our technician on hand for this property, I reside and work here (4850). He is an extremely punctual person and always replies to messages and voicemails in a timely matter. His work ethics are excellent and he’s able to describe any problems or issues that our property and tenants are having at the current moment. Sam is also able to determine and assess ways that we can save money by installing equipment that would last longer and more efficient for the building. Overall i’m extremely satisfied with our handyman.

I have used SB Professional Maintenance for several years. Initially, this company was preferred vendor for an apartment building that I managed. I really appreciated Sam and his teams honesty and quick response to issues. During my career, I’ve worked with different property management companies overseeing 100’s of different buildings and no matter whom I am employed with, I always bring SB Professional Maintenance on board as a maintenance vendor. This company really is a one stop shop in regards to building maintenance and repairs. I’ve used them for Electrical Issues both minor and major, Painting, Plumbing, Hydro Jetting, Pressure washing, digital surveillance camera and dvr installations, gate repairs, remediation and general maintenance repairs. It’s hard to find a company you can trust that does it all and doesn’t charge an arm and leg, communicates clearly, reports back issues and updates right away and delivers every-​time with quality work.
Without a doubt, Sam and his company have been an asset to my career in property management because I know I can count on them when I need them. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for general maintenance or home repairs as well as to property owners and managers looking for a vendor.
