This guy that works here is a total jerk! I live close by so I have gone into the shop a couple times but everytime I go there the guy behind the counter is so rude. He acts like he is irritated that he has to help you, he makes rude remarks, and i felt like he was rushing me out of the store. I wont be going back here again I would rather drive out of my way to another smoke shop then deal with that asshole ever again.

Rude and nasty owner every week prices change and don’t ask because you get a nasty attitude
I live close by and it’s convenient but from now on I will go elsewhere I like supporting local businesses but this guy doesn’t deserve my business there is another a short drive

Wow I would have really liked this place to work out as a local stop for cigarettes but man are they rude! I went in a few weeks ago and bought 2 cartons I had no idea that the owner had under charged me by $ 40.00. Cut to a week later and my partner go’s back in to buy something the owner comes out and gets red faced raving and angry that I had ripped him off for the $ 40.00 my partner said well it’s not like he went behind the counter and used the credit card terminal his reply was «oh you think it’s my mistake your frond is a crook get out of here» needless to say we will not be going back there again.

Everyone do yourself a favor and do not go to this smoke shop! My mother just came home in tears crying & saying she and my brother were fully disrespected and called names and were yelled racist remarks by the employee or manager working there. It’s a very bizarre situation which is worth mentioning because we don’t ever want anybody to go through what my mother and brother went through. My brother whose 19 didn’t have an ID on him tried to purchase a pipe there with my mom but instead of politely being turned away he was yelled at and was told to get the hell out of there! My mom tried to defend my brother saying you don’t have to speak to him that way coz they would gladly leave and go somewhere else but instead the employee screamed at the my mother and he told her to f*ck yourself and f*ck your whole family and he screamed at the top of his lungs many other racist and derogatory remarks. This is extremely alarming and for a shop like this to have very poor customer service and this horrible behavior is appalling and disgusting to say the least. I feel really bad for my mother, she didn’t have to be subjected to this whole experience. She’s a very polite woman who would never talk back and is never confrontational. I’ve always been one to praise businesses but this one gets the worst rating I can possibly give and I’m hoping this business will change their ways because they don’t deserve to exist in Sherman Oaks, they give smoke shops a bad name! Shame on you Royal Smoke Shop!

Went in to see if they could help fix a problem I’m having with my vape pen. The guy seemed very irritated and kept rolling his eyes. I will not be coming back to this business. I felt unvalued as a customer and person when I left.

Awesome customer service! The owner is super cool and it’s a very nice store!
