By far the best attorney I have ever met. He is very courteous and respectful to women and gives the best legal advice. Mr. Ackrich handled my case with patience and diligence. I am grateful to him and for all he did for my family.

I’ve had experience with «other» attorneys, and I have to say, Mr. Wasson is very professional, knowledgeable and genuinely cares about his client. He helped me tremendously, and has given me very sound advice throughout my emotionally draining divorce process. I highly recommend him!

You’ll notice that the above review says nothing of their legal skill. Agreed Chris Wassen is a nice man but not a good attorney. We gave him a 600 page tabbed book with evidence and he lost it. I had to have another one made. Robert Ackrich does what he wants no matter what the client says. He actually made me sign a substitution of attorney BEFORE he took the case, which is illegal I found out later. I filed for divorce and I was represented for 4 years by this firm. They lost documents, drug out the case, turned in copies of illegible documents at trial (checks that my ex had forged) didn’t call witnesses, forgot to submit evidence at trial. Made me pay for depositions they didn’t use at trial. There was not a day they did an good job. Be clear, I spend six figures on these guys.
Here’s how bad these guys were in representing me. After basically losing my case. My ex had taken hundreds of thousands of dollars, lied about me in court. Claimed abuse of her and my kids. The judge ruled that I OWED her! After Robert Ackrich refused (Actually put it in writing, he said «take the judgement and get on with your life.») to object and go to reconsideration I, fired him. My girlfriend and I wrote a reconsideration response, submitted the evidence that they had either copied illegibly or refused to turn in and the judge reversed the decision! My ex OWES me now! I’m not an attorney, yet my Girl and I flipped the case 180 degrees! Judge Fredrick Shaller said in court, on record. «You have been misrepresented by your attorneys» Do you know how bad an attorney has to be to make a judge say that on the record? Since firing these guys, I have gotten my alimony stopped, my child support has been lowered because m ex won’t pay for her part of the kids bills and we also got my kids ⁵⁰⁄₅₀. DO NOT hire these guys. The only thing they are on top of is making you pay your bill.

Robert Ackrich is a lawyer who does not play fair… I woud say also that he has little or no regard for women as peers or equals. Also, he was in collusion with my ex-​husband to rip me off and cause me to be impovershed… I have little (if no) regard for his legal «services.»
