I sent a fax to their office with a summary of my case. I got no reply. I followed up with a phone call. I still got no response. How professional can they be?
In their reply, to my review above, they referred to my «purported» phone call. It was real, and the call was answered by a receptionist who took down my contact information.

I wish I had met them first! I was referred to Brian Kramer because I was looking to change attorneys. Brian was very honest, knowledgeable and straightforward. He told me information that my current «counsel» never took the time to share– about WC system, medical care, doctors, etc. He was truthful and just a delight to talk with. He spent 47 minutes talking to me and sharing information! He never bashed the other attorney, but even offered to contact them on my behalf to help me.

I first contacted RGW this past March, if I’m not mistaken. This was after I fell seriously ill on the job from dealing with months of unforgiving work stress, and in particular, exposure to secondhand cigarette smoke. At the time, I was quite beside myself. I’d lost a good 40% of my monthly income owing to a sinus infection that simply would not go away, or would seem to for a time, only to come right back from the most minor of insults. I had the unfortunate event of getting injured at work and my idealistic self believed workers comp would cover my medical costs. Well, I was wrong. Quite wrong. They did everything in their power to stop my care and denied me any necessary recommended by my doctor.

CLINT FEDDERSON DID NOT PROVIDE ANY MORE TREATMENT FOR ME LIKE ALAN GURVEY SAID. HE SENT ME TO SEE A NEW AME FOR A NEW MEDICAL REPORT. BY LAW HE SHOULD SENT ME TO SEE TWO OLD QME TO UPDATE MY MEDICAL REPORT, ESPECIALLY IT IS IN FAVOR OF ME. CLINT FEDERSON ONLY WENT TO COURT WITHOUT ME ONCE, I FIRED HIM AFTER. IT IS A SHAME CLINT FEDDERSEN WANTED TO CHARGE THE FIRST TIME CONSULTATION WHEN THIS LAW FIRM TOLD ME IT WAS FREE AND ALL PHONE CALLS BEFORE I SIGNED THE CONTRACT.
I met Clint Feddersen once in his office in Van Nuys and hired him as my workers compensation attorney because I trust what he said.
Clint Feddersen said on 8÷19÷14, «I look forward to helping you with this case, and perhaps making a difference.» and «I will try to be there myself, and not send a partner or associate, but I do have a case set by the WCAB in Van Nuys that morning, so I will have to work that out that calendar issue first with the other attorneys in my firm.» Then it was what he did on 9÷19÷14, «I did not see your name circled on the board. I stayed until about 9:00 a.m.» On 10÷4÷14 he said,“I actually didn’t leave the building until about 9:30 a.m.” Only he knows when he left.
The hearing was started on 9÷18÷14 at 8:30 Am; you go to see judge whenever you are ready. He left at 9:00 am. He went to judge without me and made decisions without previous discussion. I arrived at 8:30 AM, checked bulletin board find my name and circle it. I then looked for the room of the judge and did not see him. I went outside the room and looked for him and did not see him either. I asked judge and judge told me that he left already.
The case is in Los Angles and Clint Feddersen is in Van Nuys. He said on 8÷20÷14, «We normally transfer all cases to Van Nuys, but in your case we will probably have to leave it in Los Angeles.» After I signed the agreement on 9÷18÷14 he said, «I would like to transfer your case to the Van Nuys WCAB, as I think there are better judges here.» I do not know the judges in Van Nuys are better than the judges in other cities.

On 9÷18÷14 Clint Feddersen said, «I amended your application for benefits at the WCAB to include a large list of symptoms that you reported, but which had never been filed as part of your case at the WCAB. I will set some appointments with some good treating doctors (treating doctors only, no more AMEs, I promise!). In year 2004 according to the QMEs of both sides my injury is permanent and stationary. On 9÷22÷14 SCIF sent me a letter and set an appointment for me to see an AME with consent of Feddersen. On 10÷4÷14 Feddersen said, «I was going to disqualify him based on how late that appointment is.» He wants to rush that appointment sooner and I did not know late appointment can be a reason to disqualify an AME.
On 10÷4÷14 Clint Feddersen also said, «I took the matter off calendar to obtain additional necessary evidence to increase your compensation,» In year 2012 SCIF filed a petition to judge to force me to see the same AME that was picked up by SCIF without my consent and did not succeed. He ignored all admitted medical reports from the QME of SCIF and my QME who had treated many years till my condition is permanent and stationary. The symptoms of 10 years ago are different from 10 years later. I am so overwhelmed by his statements.

The status of this case is ready for trial. On 9÷18÷14 Clint Feddersen said, «The judge today is a bit strange, and I was worried he would keep the matter on calendar to try to dismiss your case for your non-​appearance at the trial hearing. Fortunately, we avoided that issue by taking the matter off calendar.» I do not know what kind of connections with each other? On 10÷4÷14 the reason to take the case off calendar changed, he said, «I took the matter off calendar to obtain additional necessary evidence to increase your compensation,».
Clint Feddersen said on 9÷29÷14, «The judge did not dismiss the case, and I did what was best for you more than me, because I work for a percentage.» He took my case anyway. Then he said on 9÷27÷14, «I have won many cases, have contributed to books and taught many other lawyers. I wanted to win this one for you. After all he did he made this statement.
My review was based on what Clint Feddersen said and what he did. I I’ll let readers to make their own judgments. On 10÷4÷14 he said, «How can you lie about me like that?» I want to remind him any statement he made should have fact to support. I quoted his statements and did not change one word. This firm helped me with a workers compensation claim that had seen three prior lawyers and when they took my case, it was a mess. My attorney was Clint Feddersen and he worked very hard and was always honest with me and took the time to answer any and every question I asked.
