Kenny was fantastic in our home-​buying experience!
We started out with a different realtor that our credit union recommended, but were not happy with the selection and the personality was not a good fit.
I knew Kenny from working with him while volunteering, and despite the fact that my wife and I were looking to buy in Pasadena, Kenny was willing to make the trek from Sherman Oaks.
Kenny was always extremely responsive and was always patient with us as we tried to refine our criteria.
We eventually settled on a nice townhouse in Pasadena and couldn’t be more thrilled. And as much as we loved Kenny’s work during the search process, it was after we settled on a place that he really went to work.
After the offer was accepted, Kenny immediately went to work to close. We had a credit union in mind, but Kenny talked us through some different options and got a much better rate with one of his contacts. They also made us feel at ease, despite the weight of buying a home. Kenny gave us great referrals on inspectors and when there was a permit issue, made sure to work with the sellers and the city to resolve it.
Everyone told us that the escrow process was awful and it’s a constant battle trying to get the correct paperwork to the right places. Well, unless you’re working with Kenny. We had an extremely smooth process and even though we only had a 30-​day window, we still closed a few days early.
When we eventually decide to move, we’re only calling Kenny.

I’ve purchased and sold a home with Kenny’s help. He also found the perfect home for my brother. Here’s what I can say about him:

–He’s an all-​around nice guy and a pleasure to work with.

Kenny was absolutely fantastic managing an extremely difficult and complicated sale for us. He remained patient and most importantly, diligent about details that could have, at any moment, derailed the transaction. Every time we hit a snag, Kenny found a way to work it out, using his skills, tact, and knowledge of the area and industry to navigate through obstacles.
