Um… never again will I go here. They close early without warning, the selection of swimsuits is deplorable, and it looks like an 8 year old hung up the bikinis. Pathetic selection, something to the closet of 3 college sorority girls.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE. I tried to call before coming because I saw previous reviews about it being closed, but no answer! So I just decided to head over (3pm on a Thursday)…THEY ARE CLOSED!

I’m soooo happy with all my new bikinis. Found this bikini store on Unilocal :) they have so many cute bikinis for $ 40 dollars unbelievable!!! Now I’m Vegas pool party ready :)

I’ve never given a one star review, but as a professional in the service industry-​not being open or available when your website says you are is unacceptable. We drove from very far to shop there and arrived 45 minutes after the listed opening time. Called the number and the owner (I presume) said it’s because it’s not worth it for her to come in because they are slow on Mondays. Really? Then on your website it should say «open by appointment only.» She did offer to come out and open the shop for us but said it would be about 30 minutes and at that point we were over it. We weren’t sure we were going to buy anything and didn’t want her to drive out and us feel pressured to have to buy something because of it. Sorry Kanela, but this is a big ol FAIL.

I’m in love with my dresses!!! I shop here for bikinis in summer but now I’m in love with the dresses. I received soo many compliments and I refer all my girlfriends to this store. Thank you ladies for always helping me out and last minute shopping :)

I ordered some swim wear as a gift that my sister liked from this store. I spoke to a very nice woman over the phone name Karen and she took very good care of my order and had it shipped to me the same day. Everything was delivered right away. My sister was happy with the swim wear she got. All her girlfriends asked her where she got her swim wear. Thank you for providing an excellent customer service!

Came to the store from Beverly Hills and turns out that is closed! I thought it was an open store with regular hours, they should update the website and Unilocal information because is wrong! So sad I couldn’t purchase anything and wasted my time.

Brought my girl friend to get some dresses and bikinis karen is very friendly and helpful the pricing is good happy girl friend happy boy friend!

Brought my wife to buy a few bikinis. Store owner was so friendly and she hooked us up. My wife was very happy.

Horrible customer service!!! I recently bought two swimsuits from this company. I purchased them separately. I emailed the customer service department 3 times on the first order because I wanted to know what was up with the eternal «awaiting fulfillment «status on my order. I never received a response. I tried to email to cancel my second order and again, did not receive a response. if people are paying you money, why ignore them? ?? Don’t they want loyal customers??? I should write to the BBB for being so shady…

I came to the store to buy my gf some swim suit for our Vegas trip. My gf love them and I need to say a big thank you to Karen. She is very helpful and nice ! I only pay 150 for 5 bikini. Go check this place out and make sure talk to Karen !!!

If I could give this zero stars, I absolutely would.
I came across the Kanela website and was smitten with a few different swimsuits and decided to take the plunge and order two colors of one suit in order to mix and match. Placing the order was a piece of cake.
There wasn’t ever an emailed confirmation with a code or tracking number let alone receipt. Red flag number one. One suit arrived fairly quickly, and it was really cute. The material for a simple suit was just fine and the fit, just as decent.
What could be wrong, right? Wrong.
There was no paper inside with the invoice let alone the second suit ordered, and paid for. I immediately called the number from the site and was greeted with a ‘hello’. Not kanela. Odd, but then I figured it’s probably a new startup so whatever. The woman told me the suit was on backorder and would be shipped out in a week.
This was almost a month ago. I have called to follow-​up and received the same response. So I asked for a refund and was told to call back in two hours so that they could to check on a product, for which I have to think, shouldn’t the company already be checking on… and then sending out emails to serve as status updates for any back orders.
I give up. It’s lost money. I do not recommend using Kanela for online purchases at all. If you have used it, and know what I’m experiencing… I feel your pain.
