Jasmine Quality Cleaners

I’ve been going to Jasmine for over 10 years now, so I suppose I owe them a review in exchange for their ongoing fantastic service.
There must be at least a dozen dry cleaners between my house and their store, and I’d never use anyone else for the convenience of proximity.
First, their full-​time on-​site tailor (who I think rarely misses a day of work) is second to none. He’s altered countless pieces for me over the years, and has NEVER had to rework anything. Everything fits like a glove after the first alteration.
As for dry cleaning, their service is stellar. Everything is cleaned on-​site, the turn-​around time is fast (even without a rush request), and their prices are FAR cheaper than any of the outrageous high-​end outfits (like Fazio and Steamer Cleaners, who aren’t worth the exorbitant price tag).
Their business hours are excellent, so there’s never a rush to get home before they close, and their staff are always pleasant and professional. (Did I tell you how much I love their tailor?)

The best dry cleaner AND TAILOR in the valley. I’ve been having my suits cleaned here for years and they always do an excellent job. And recently I have been getting some suits fitted with their in-​house tailor who does an amazing job — he’s a real professional.

This place was awesome! I took my costume to get tailored at 4:30 pm the day before Halloween… They were able to have it ready and perfect by 12 pm on Halloween! Saved my life and it wasn’t ridiculously expensive

Most reasonably priced cleaners in the area. But they dont always do a great job. You have to look at the clothes before you walk out.

I had been coming here for «YEARS». I know the owner and his wife and his brother loved the place. Last year I was gone on business and dropped off an expensive suit before I traveled. Came back and yes I lost the ticket I never had a problem before. But this suit was over $ 5k…And the OWNER did not really care! Now they have lost my business it really is a shame. As I was a loyal customer since they opened their doors! REPEAT I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!

I lived right down the street for 18 years so I have used them for awhile, my only wish is that they were here in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. I always had the best of service at the best price, and they can repair almost anything. If you want it folded, hung just ask and it will be done. It is hard to find a good cleaners here in Fort Lauderdale or Miami like trying to find a good Cinese Restaurant, no China Town here like in Los Angeles or New York City but that is ok atleast we have good Italian restaurants. I have come into Jasmine with special problems and they have helped me. There are times during the day or week that they are busy but they do try to take care if everyone as fast as possible.

I first decided to try out Jasmine Quality Cleaners when my wife and I moved into an apartment one block down on Woodman, so it was a matter of convenience. I quickly came to find out that this place does a GREAT job with all of our clothes. Even though we have since moved a few miles further away, this is still the go to place for all of our dry cleaning.
My wife and I have a ton of work clothes including slacks, dress shirts, and blouses which we get dry cleaned regularly. The clothes always come back crisp, clean, and good as new. Stain removal is great as well. I recently washed a load of laundry with a tube of lip moisturizer, which stained everything in that load. The cleaners were able to get every stain out of my wife’s blouse with no problems!
We have also used this place for a few specialty items, such as my wife’s wedding dress, my tuxedo, costume clothing, and other out of the ordinary pieces. This place has never done anything less than great work on any of these items. The wedding dress, which went to the cleaners full of dirt, dust, and debris (from our post-​wedding photo shoot) came back looking like new with every sequin and fold looking perfect. The dress was even packaged in a very sturdy box, so that my wife can now safely and easily store it.
The prices are reasonable and competitive, especially considering the quality of work. I highly recommend this place!

This place is a family-​run business with great service, great quality, and fair prices. I find it hard to leave when I am there since we always end up talking about sports or another topic. Also it’s that they have a big TV for customers entertainment while they wait.

Tried them for a 2^nd time yesterday and got terrible service yet again. 3 shirts and a pair of slacks. one of the shirts barely looks touched and the pants are without a crease. useless.

an average dry cleaners who had reasonable prices at one point. Prices seem to be more every time i go there. there are a lot of better dry cleaners in the city. parking lot doesn’t help either. only 2 designated spots that are always full.

I still go here even though I moved 6 miles further. Mostly go for the tailor, the first dry cleaner’s tailor I ever met who insisted that I try my pants rather than just follow my directions on the length to hem them. The family that runs this place is courteous and that counts for a lot.

Been using them for years. The prices are a little high, but the work is good. I only had one bad experience when I claimed they ruined a shirt…

Been coming here for years! These guys are a family, that welcomes everyone. They take care of your clothes as if they have to wear them. That’s important to me! The Uncle, is the Tailor. He’s excellent. Give this place a try, you’ll come back for years!

They’re small and parking sucks, but they do a good job and they don’t judge me for bringing in my dingy underwear for dry cleaning.
Now who dry cleans their underwear? I do so kiss my ass.
My skivies are special!
