Pilates is never boring or routine with Rita. In my 2x per week sessions, we work on strengthening, toning, and balance. She pushes me to excel and go beyond what I think I can do. Sometimes it’s a little scary, but when I do accomplish the move, it’s an incredible feeling of power! She also switches it up and has held our sessions at the kick-ass gym to get more cardio and weight lifting incorporated. I have never felt so strong.

Rita is a powerhouse when it comes to fitness and the human anatomy/physiology. She works closely with you to resolve your problem areas and achieve your fitness and weight loss goals. Ever since I started training with her, I’ve become noticeably leaner and stronger. I also enjoy training with her because of her bubbly personality and great sense of humor. If you eat clean and work out with her consistently, you WILL see results.
