I use eMaidsLA on a weekly basis and love it! Linda does such a fantastic job and I really do not think I could do it without her. I work very long hours (who doesn’t) and I find it hard to keep my house clean and it really doesn’t help that I have pets. She manages to take care of everything. Clean Floor — Check, Spotless Bathrooms — Done, Shiny kitchen — You Bet!
Since my first time I’ve loved the service. They are incredibly honest, reliable, and so not pushy. I appreciate it. After such a great first time, I called to schedule recurring service and got a small discount for the loyalty. I do not worry about Linda not showing up as she is punctual and has never missed an appointment. I’ve had nothing but a great experience and highly recommend them.

We spoke to Lucy and let her know we needed someone three times a week. The housekeeper came two times and did not show up on the third day– when we called and asked Lucy when she could get someone to our house, she said– I don’t know. I can’t. We went with a service so they could always make sure someone showed up on our given days. We aren’t overly messy and have a nice home and we are cool people so we could only chalk it up to a poorly run business. The two days the housekeeper was here she failed to check the list we have about– clean litter every time, go in backyard each time you are here and bring in any cups or towels– so the service wasn’t great even for the two times we had someone here. We are now using Elizabeth Rose agency– we realized we need to step up our game if we want things done right.

I use eMaidsLA monthly for regular cleaning of my apartment and the service is always impeccable. I appreciate the housekeeper’s punctuality and outstanding attention to detail in cleaning. Also, they are very comfortable and sweet around my cat, which is helpful because I know I’m leaving her with kind company. In the past I’ve found it really difficult to find good housekeeping services. I think it’s more difficult to clean well than people realize, and I’m so happy I have found this one!

With my recent visit to CA, I stayed at a friend’s house while he was away for business. Before me and my family left, I contacted eMaidsLA and spoke to Lucy, who was so helpful and professional. I scheduled a time for the maids to come in and they were absolutely amazing! The house looked spotless. They were very professional and made sure I was satisfied with everything before leaving the residence. I was more very satisfied with the services and I wish I lived in CA so I could have them clean my house too.
