The owner and employees at Detail N Design do not speak English well. I also went the day after the owner said my dress would be ready to pick it up and it wasn’t ready. I had to wear a different dress for my event as a result. They are a bit overpriced in my opinion especially considering the poor customer service. They were not able to give me a receipt and have not called me or e-​mailed me after I left them my contact info to get that to me. The only positive things I can say are that the dress was tailored well and the location is good. The parking in the back has been full every time I’ve been there. There is metered street parking in the front. So long as I can find a better alterations shop, I will not be going back.
