This little shop has a great selection of wine and snacks, incense, British chocolates and even some toiletries. Great prices on beer, including imports. As for the bad review below regarding them not being a good member of the community…
This store is under no obligation to refuse the sale of alcohol to anyone, including loud drunks. If someone is going to drink, they’ll get it wherever they can and be right back on your doorstep. Btw, I live on Dickens, 500 feet away from this store and I have NEVER encountered this character. Cheers rules.

Fabulous store! Interesting selection and the owners are super friendly and extremely accommodating. On Friday i asked for Potato Vodka, he called his sales man right then and there — and on Sunday — during the weekend! — i was the happy purchaser of a fine potato vodka!

Ok, it’s a liquor store. Not a gourmet deli or purveyor of fine wines. But as far as liquor stores go, it’s a very decent one with great, friendly people running it. Really like the new owners.

As I was standing around, freezing, while waiting for a food truck to open, I spotted a liquor store and decided to go in and grab something to drink while I waited.
Grabbed my stuff and paid for it. I didn’t get the guy at the register’s name, but I think he was the owner. Who knows? Either way, he was genuinely pleasant and friendly.
It is a nice change. Often these days, people are not very personable. So it was good customer service. I would stop there again. especially as I am in the area a couple times a week at a food truck.
