I absolutely love this office & Dr. Brent is a wonderful man with a great personality as well as very impressive medical credentials. His office feels as if you have stepped into the Musee d’Orsay in Paris starting with the lovely French sculpture in the waiting area! Yesterday was my first visit to this office as a new patient. The staff was courteous & professional and made me feel welcome. The doctor was friendly and engaging & he asked me multiple questions relating to my family health history & also thoroughly examined me. In addition, he asked if I had any specific questions or issues. He was very patient in explaining his answers & he prescribed certain meds that I needed. I could not have been more satisfied! After the examination was complete, the doctor gave me a wonderful art history lesson regarding the artist of the sculpture in the foyer. As someone who has studied art & visited the d’Orsay, I was most pleased! Love that he could converse about art & medicine… Then, we even traded tips on great hole-in-the-wall places to eat in the Valley! I look forward to my next visit after having my blood work done. Who looks forward to a revisiting a doctor’s office? Lol Thanks, Dr. Brent, for making me feel so welcome!

Dr. Dale Brent is extremely professional and educated. I have never had a problem with any of the medical care there or any of his advice. I like the fact he doesn’t load his patients with drugs and does drug testing for anyone on prescription medication. I would ignore the reviews posted with skeletons and other negative comments. I find the clerical staff there fine and always helpful. If you get an answering machine then call during business hours. If you want to know about your health plan you need to call your health insurance agent, not Dr. Brent’s office staff. In today’s health care environment one needs to take some responsibility for your own health. His office staff take care of business and get the job done. The best thing about this MD is that he doesn’t scare you and gives you enough information to treat you without overmedicating. I do not like MDs or Nurse Practitioners that load people down with antibiotics/drugs. He talks to the patient and gives pertinent medical advice. I am an RN and work with many MDs and would not be going to him if he didn’t know what he was doing. He has graduated from Yale and keeps up on all the latest treatments. Extremely intelligent and well informed.

Do not trust this office or this doctor! poorly Mismanaged. Calls routed to a rude asian woman who hangs up, then it goes to a(626) voicemail. Alhambra??? He is not very legitimate when this is who does his work for him saying, and I quote–«WHYYOUCALLATTHISHOUR». «WHY U CALL??» I don’t know, maybe because it ‘s an emergency and I need to speak with the doctor? Answering services are common in the medical field, as are 24⁄7 hours and a variety of shifts. This«operation«clearly doesn’t have it together. I was rudely hung up on multiple times when trying to phone in information by a woman taking the Dr .‘s calls from a(626) area code. This, to me, means cheap Alhambra labor off a cell phone— AVOID! YOUWILLDIEEEEEE

I just called his office to ask a question regarding a switch to a new doctor and the person who answered the phone(a woman with an accent) told me I had to call my medical plan to do this. I explained that they just told me to call her and get this info from her. She basically told me I was wrong and needed to call my medical plan(who I already just spent 45 minutes on the phone with) and this woman hung up on me while I was mid-sentence. How rude! I was not giving her a hard time or anything, just having a normal conversation and she unjustifiably was rude to me. She should be fired! This isn’t how you deal with people.
