I called this lady minutes before closing time Saturday night to get a dozen roses. Her name was Ella. She was really helpful. The fact that she waited for me about a half hour was very nice of her. She took the risk of me not showing up and putting her time into it. When I got there, she had beautiful flower arrangements in the store. I really liked her taste and designs and highly recommend her. They have some bad reviews that they say belongs to Artistic Balloons, who are not affiliated with them. Some Unilocalers apparently make the mistake of not paying attention to who they are writing the review for and mistakenly messed up their ratings. Happy Happy occasions.

TERRIBLE!!! My daughter got a very rude phone call at 730PM saying they were attempting delivery of a gift. She told them it was too late — the flowers were supposed to arrive during the day as a gift. The woman LIED and said they had attempted to call multiple times — but the only phone call was at 730pm. They refused to issue a refund, then refused to complete the delivery. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT USE.
