ABM is staffed by the rudest people and get off in ripping off customers
I went to an event where the first 90 minutes were free and we were told when the car was taken from us that it would be $ 3.50 per hour for the event
We stayed 64 minutes past the free time and they charged us $ 10
They admonished us for not reading the sign, which the guy parking our car blocked and since we were only 4 minutes late they felt they could fleece us. When I said I would post a bad Unilocal review and they just laughed at us and told us they could overcharge and get away with it and there was nothing we could do. When I shot a cell phone photo of the barely readable sign and their rude gesturing, they threatened us. We said if they could overcharge us and laugh at us, we could shoot them with our phone
Avoid any lot operated by ABM avoid at all costs !!!

Had the worst experience with ABM parking services in Westwood today at the KB HOMES wilshire building parking lot.
I was not informed at all that it is cash only. I carry on and take care of my personal business inside the building and come out to a parking fee of $ 16 for 45 minutes. That is absolutely OUTRAGEOUS. Had a truck so was forced to park in the loading zone and also had no assistance whatsoever but everyone else got assisted.
By the time of payment, and already being outraged at the extortionized price, I was told cash only. LAST MIN. I only had credit card and debit card but did not have any cash on me. The employees gave me nothing but condescending belittling attitude and made me walk in the POURING EL NINO RAIN to the nearest bank to go withdrawal my money and return. ARE YOU Serious? what kind of company/​service treats their customers like that? Took over an hour to settle this whole dilemma and was just continued with horrible service, treatment and attitude.
You guys need to do a management clean up and do a check up on all your locations. All you guys care about is maximizing your revenue and not have any care of your actual customers or people who come in for parking services.
Management trapped me inside and wouldn’t let me out until I payed.

Realized we were in the wrong place and drove out with literally 3 minutes from the point that we drove in and the ticket was stamped. They said there is no grace period and charged us… That’s just poor business practice…

I have parked in the Pasadena ABM Parking Services location and without question, this is one of the worst lots I have experienced in nearly 15 years of driving. The parking lot manager is exceptionally rude and literally stands over customers while they are paying. She refuses to honor parking validations and feels the need to lecture customers as to why.
In a letter to their monthly tenants, they «strive to offer good quality parking service». Nothing could be further from the truth. Avoid this lot if at all possible and its aggressive, patronizing manager.

ABM parking services caused my car to drive 30 feet and crashed into a pole because they did not set my parking brake and the remote start was somehow activated they are trying to deny responsibility and they are trying to get out of it because they said I did not tell them I had a remote start. Many cars come from the factory now with remote start so that is nothing new. This company is extremely fraudulent and they are not to be trusted. I am going to now be forced to open up a lawsuit against them to pay for my damages. Even the Department of Motor Vehicles states that the parking brake must always be set. If they did not set the parking brake and the car was able to roll and crashed into a pole how can that be my fault. Do not park in the valet at the Sherman Oaks Galleria because if any damage happens to your car they may try to avoid getting it repaired.

If I could give negative stars… I would. These people are a whole new bread of incompetent. Do not park here, not daily not monthly. They pull BS out of their asses and when I ask them to show me it in the «contract» I signed and they can’t explain it???
So I paid for my monthly parking, the next day I went to use it and I couldn’t gain access. I buzzed the office and she rudely told me to pull a ticket. So after I had the line behind me back out so I could back out, I went into the visitor entrance and pulled a ticket and parked. Later that night I went inside to validate my ticket (duh I just paid $ 30 I’m not paying another $ 3) and she told be she wouldn’t validate it??? «per our contract you signed you can’t park in the visitor» ok that’s fine but you told me to park there. After throwing attitude she finally validated it. I told her to refund my $ 30 that I paid yesterday since my card doesn’t work. «I can’t we deposited that money» well ok then lady. I’m sure someone else paid $ 30 for their parking, I’m pretty sure you can refund me.
Bottom line, don’t park here. Save your money and park on the street. Plenty of parking out there!

Way overpriced and they don’t accept credit cards. Plenty of parking around here, no need to let these guys gouge you. The meters even take credit cards… avoid at all costs!

Whatever you do do not pull into this lot by mistake and attempt to leave within a few minutes. I made the mistake of pulling into this a lot and then realized I was in the wrong building. I tried to leave and they still tried to hit me up for $ 5 because I had stayed over 3 minutes.
The attendant was rude and they are a complete scam.

These guys are a scam for the monthly parking. Don’t go here. There’s another location at 555 w. 5^th st. Los Angeles at the Gas Company building which they run.
My wife parked at that location.
They tried to scam my wife $ 250 dollars saying she owed 2 months worth of parking cost. Her monthly fees were deducted automatically through her companies payroll but after she left the company ABM tried sending a bill to our home requesting payment for 2 months of fees. They stated that my wife needed to give them 30 days notice if she decided not to use them anymore; therefore they kept charging her. My wife did provide notice over the phone but apparently it wasn’t good enough and needed to be in writing. Little did these idiots know the agreement clearly states it’s a month to month agreement which means she’s free to leave without giving any advance notice. The agreement also states that the card gets deactivated if the prepaid amount isn’t made so how the hell are you going to charge me up to 2 months of fees when my wife didn’t even use it once within the two months?
Nice try! First, If your going to try to write up an agreement to rip people off, do it right. Second, try to hiring someone smart enough who can read and understand your own company’s terms and conditions. Maybe then you’ll be able to enforce any unfair penalties you’re trying to scam your customers with.

Maybe if your employees spoke English, I wouldn’t have to wait an extra ten minutes for them to look for a «red Mustang» when I clearly said a «red Mazda.» Yeah — he didn’t get a tip.

Please re-​evaluate the people you have working at the Grove. I had a very bad experience with one of your employees literally yelling and screaming at me like a crazy person when I handed him the wrong ticket by accident. I park in parking lots all the time and usually have very pleasant experiences with the people who work there, but this took me by complete shock. Really scary experience.
