West valley has gone down hill, making the money now more important than the animals health. Missed diagnosed kidney failure for a bladder infection so my pet continued to suffer, I kept calling about her condition that was not improving. They continued to insist that it was all good and the antibiotics would take care of it she still got worse then I took her back to the vet and saw another vet who ran tests and found she was in complete kidney failure so she just suffered for two weeks

Horrible. They offered to do a surgery to save my girlfriends cat for no charge instead of her having to put her down, but only on the condition she sign over the cat because the surgeon wanted her.

The doctors and staff are very caring and friendly, always happy to answer questions and ease concerns. They offer individual doses of flea medications, a wide variety of healthy pet food, and other necessary miscellaneous pet items. I highly recommend using West Valley Vet for all your pet care needs.
