We returned home to find our new professional installed lock to our front door didn’t work and we were locked out. It was late Saturday afternoon and was sure we wouldn’t be able to find someone to unlock the door. I found Ted on Unilocal and called. He answered on the second ring after a breif exchange of information, he said he would be there in less than 30 minutes. He not only got the door open he fixed the problem. Very reasonable fee and a warm and friendly person who cares about his customers.

My husband and I locked ourselves out of our apartment, and Ted came to let us in. He was quick, did a great job and even fixed (for no additional charge) a problem with our lock that we didn’t know we had. We would be happy to recommend him to others in need of any kind of lock or key service.
