Zales Outlet

I got my engagement ring re-​sized and saudered ($ 60) here. It took 2 weeks to get my ring back but overall it looks and fits great. Cant even tell that it was resized and it fits perfect. My past two rings have been from this Zales outlet and I have been extremely happy with the service.

Been doing business with this location for a long time. Every time we went in, we were promptly greeted and were either served or allowed to browse, as we wanted.
Selection here is as good as at a regular Zales. Diamonds, watches, engagement sets, fashion jewelry, it’s all there. They also have a repair shop on site. The most fun area for me was the clearance section. I have found some really nice items there at a significant mark down.
When I most frequented the store, there were several ladies there that shared my enthusiasm for browsing and helped me shop by bringing up interesting items that were unusual or well priced. Those ladies have unfortunately moved on, but the new crew is helpfu, if not as enthusiastic.
Zales is a middle of the road jewelry chain, so don’t expect estate quality stuff. Do expect a good selection of styles and a decent array of precious and semi-​precious stones. Also, the diamonds here are generally of significantly better quality (VS and SI) than Wal-​Mart (generally I to I3) or other big box retailers. Zales also educates their sales people rather well, so you can learn a good bit from them if you are new to the jewelry shopping experience and need some guidance.
