Room was clean, modern and fabulous!!! Very friendly staff!!! I love that it has a restaurant, bar and Starbucks in the hotel. This will be my hotel of choice when I come to The Woodlands!!!

Hotel was beautiful housekeeping staff perfect. My room was clean and fresh. The only two complaints. housekeepers not able to communicate well. I noticed only one fluent English speaking woman. I didn’t get her name, but she was professional helpful and cheerful. The other issue was the front desk. There was a young woman who clearly was unhappy. The best I can describe was«pouty». She was short when speaking(not nasty but not friendly either). I stayed Wed Oct 14th with a friend. Overall a very nice hotel. Just needs a little tweeting with staff.

OMG. This place could easily be a 4 star. Problem here is the tail definitely wags the dog at this location. Front desk employee named Page should reconsider her career of choice. It’s very apparent she does not like her job. I witnessed her on several different occasions being facetiously rude to customers. You can tell her fellow employees are totally embarrassed by her actions. The problem here lies they don’t seem to want to perform to their potential because of emotional feelings they are receiving from her. Anyways too bad, this could be a great place to stay however at this time because of one bad apple it’s apparent customers don’t like being here.

5-Star for a Courtyard… The hotel has a clean, modern design and is close to shopping, restaurants, etc. without being in the middle of things(i.e. quiet location). The rooms are very nicely done, with the best part being the HUGE walk-in shower. The bed was very comfortable as well. Staff was exceptionally friendly.

This was a great stay. Very New hotel. Well laid out. The beds are very comfortable, the rooms are very clean and bright. The staff was wonderful, they couldn’t have been any nicer or friendlier. Nice flat screen TV’s in the rooms with a nice programming package, free WiFi, pool, I had a fridge, coffee maker and microwave in my room. Starbucks in the lobby. Good location, not too far from anything in The Woodlands. I travel every week and stay in hotels every week. This was a wonderful stay. I recommend this hotel.

This was a great stay! My husband and I came to this side of town to see Dave Matthews at Cynthia Woods. At first I was disappointed that the Marriott closer to the Pavillion was booked, but it worked out perfectly. This hotel doesn’t have a shuttle service, but they partner with a car service that was there before and after the show within 5 minutes of our call. The hotel is brand new, more modern style decorated than most Marriott hotels. I loved the large walk-in shower. No complaints about the hotel, the room, or the service. ALSO: I can’t say enough great things about the desk attendant, John. He was super energetic, friendly and helpful. Thank you, John, for making our visit even more pleasurable!

I think this is a new hotel in the Woodlands. It’s like no other Courtyard I’ve even been into. Very modern minimalist design. I was upgraded to a suite because they overbooked and I had to wait 15 minutes. The suite is huge esp for one person. Everything was very nice. I really do like the décor of this place. There was a Starbucks in the lobby. And I think it converts into some type of restaurant/bar at night. Lobby was busy with people most nights. There was a pool but I didn’t get to swim. Gym also. Location is a block or so from I-45 so very easy access. Woodlands Mall is 5 mins away. So centrally located in the Woodlands. I would stay here again.

The absolute worse hotel experience I have ever had. I checked in with my friend and we were staying at this place for the nights leading up to my wedding ceremony. That evening we had a couple of drinks and decided we would go to the parking lot to avoid disturbing guests and enjoy the nice weather. The general manager Barbara Israel is the most rude human being I have ever encountered. We had no idea the pool was closed and we simply walked back there to look at it. Barbara,(whom lives in the hotel) starts pounding on the glass from the third floor and yelling at us as if we are children being scolded, telling us to leave the pool area, which we kindly obliged. She then had her maintenance man follow us around all night to spy on us outside and kept calling her to tell her what we were doing(which was talking next to my car, not yelling, not doing anything illegal, just talking) so then she tells the front desk girl to make us go back to our room because we are«disturbing» guests. So night over, we go back to our room and go to sleep. Barbara wakes us up at 9am with a phone call telling us that we are to never stay at «her» hotel again, I tell her«I definitely will not, due to the multiple problems she caused». Five minutes later she calls back telling us to leave or she is going to call the cops. She then knocks on the door and tells me she is calling the cops if I do not pay an inflated rate and leave immediately. WHAT A HORRIBLEWAYTOSTARTTHEDAYBEFOREYOURWEDDING! This place is horrible because of BARBARAISRAEL. They really need to do something about this monster. If she is manager when you are there you can expect to be locked in your jail cell room and not make a peep. I wouldn’t even give this place a 1 star review if it were possible.
