When our computer went down, my wife’s first thought was to call «The Geek Squad». The first time she called, the wait time was over 15 minutes, so she left our number for a callback, which would «not lose our place in line». Over an hour later she was still waiting for the callback. She tried again. Another 10 minute wait to get through. When she finally got thru on the third call, the connection was horrible, The first thing she was asked was «do you have our tech support, then, bring the computer into the store, etc.
Anyway, at that point she tried locating someone local thru Unilocal. She is so glad she picked TECHLINE to call. The phone was answered within seconds, and she actually talked to a real person, not a computer. Chris was courteous, professional, and very helpful. The computer was fixed and up and running within 24 hours. Could not ask for better service. A great local business!

My experience with TechLine was nothing short of perfect. They were professional, knowledgeable, and my computer was fixed the same day I dropped it off. I would recommend them to anyone. Great local business!

Great service and Chris was very nice. I brought my macbook pro in for a memory upgrade, and they did it on the spot. no lines, and very reasonable price!

I am sorry to say that I had BIG issues at TechLine.
My laptop simply needed to be cleaned as it was running hot.
First, I called to confirm they could do the work. They said no problem just drop it of any time after 10 am when they open. Needing it asap, I asked hubby to bring it over as I had to work. He waited in their lot until someone finally showed up at 11:30 am!
He was told I would get a call within two days with the results. And he came home with one of those tear off receipts that you get at tag sales with no specifics on it. Scary. He said the «storefront» was an almost empty space and he was a bit skeptical. Scarier.
Anyway, I Never got a call. Called them every day for a week and they never returned my call. Also their phone system did not work… it would keep disconnecting. Very nervous as I was trusting them with my laptop which I needed ASAP!
Finally, I called them after hours when they were supposed to be closed and there was a lot of confusion on its status. I was assured it would be ready in two days and they apologized saying they had a family emergency. Ok, that’s reasonable I thought. Two days go by… no phone call. I call them again and after two more days finally get a live person who told me my «part» was still on order. «what part?! It only needed to be cleaned!». Oh sorry, they said, oh yes, it is being finished tonight and you can pick it up tomorrow.
Now it is two weeks since I had dropped it off when they said it would only be two days.
Hubby picks it up, pays a reasonable charge, brings it home… it works fine. Yeah I think.
Several weeks go by, my lap top dies. Hmmmm… ok, the battery is dead… strange because I always run it plugged in. It is plugged in and not getting power. Hmmmm… investigate further and find out that the power cord they gave me is one that was repaired in a half-​assed way… with black electrical tape wrapped in two places on the length of the cord. Wtf! The cord I gave them with my laptop was perfect.
I should go back there but they are so incompetent that I am just ordering a new cord and writing this Unilocal review. Run, run, run away from this business. Ineptness is their motto! Maybe they have good tech guys but they sure don’t know how to run a business and no one wants to trust their computers to an outfit this bad.

This company is amazing.
I brought my desktop in for repair. The power supply was shot. TechLine had a new one in stock and only charged me for the part ($ 49.00). The computer was ready in just a few hours.
I brought my iPhone in because I cracked the screen. TechLine replaced the screen for $ 40.00 and it too was ready in just a couple of hours.
I trust this company completely.
