Really happy with the service Jim provided today. He was on time, friendly and knew exactly how to solve our problem. Our washing machine was spewing water everywhere and Jim had the part in his truck to fix it for a very fair price. We will definitely tell our friends! Thank you!

I’m extremely pleased. I called around 9 am, because my washing machine stopped working mid cycle. They said they would be here between 12 and 2, got here promptly at 12:15. He found the problem and fixed it within 15 minutes and told me how to avoid having the same problem again. He was friendly to boot! A perfect experience.
