Andy (owner of Creative Home Improvement LLC) is an exceptional, professional and honest guy all around. We hired him to take care of some ice dams around our house after this punishing winter.
He went above and beyond, really helped us out when I could barely get another contractor to call us back. He didn’t have to come back to our house twice to clear our roof again … he could have, like any contractor, even asked us to pay extra to come out again. But he didn’t. Andy is a great guy, a very knowledgeable and trustworthy tradesman, and I would call on him again without hesitation.
I mean this: it’s hard to find people you can trust when dealing with home contractors. Andy more than earned that trust. A+
