I have been to a lot of Taco Bell locations. This is by for the worst. We live a few miles out of town and sometimes go through the drive through on our way home. Every time we get home parts of the order is not in the bag. We call the store, talk to the manager and then we are told that they will redo the food. Since it is so late when we get home with the food (normally about 9:30 — 10:30 at night) we normally tell them that we will get the food the next day. Go up to the store and they deny everything!!! Ok I love Taco bell and its always worth the wait to get good food. There are pros and cons at this particular Taco Bell though.
Pros: Drive Thru service pretty good and usually get my food pretty fast. Friendly service inside and drive thru most of the time.
Cons: If you order inside then be prepared to wait a while. It might just be the afternoon, early evening crew, but they are super slow it seems sometimes. Also a couple times they did not pay attention to the order we said and we didn’t realize it until after we got our food, so be aware of that too.
Bathroom Review: Not the worst, but still pretty dirty usually. There have been several times no soap in the bathroom.
Overall though, the food is good 99% of the time, but the patience could be worn thin at times. Great Place!
