He will look for, find, and point out any signs of damage, mold, water leaks, etc to a house, and always has a flash light with him to help find bad spots in a house. He is sort of like having a house inspector with you, as he points out these potentially costly things he may find in a property.
He also knows the approx cost to replace or update certain things on houses such as electrical, windows, roof, carpet, insulation, mold removal, and much more. This is very helpful when deciding how much to offer on a property.
Nathan loves his job of meeting new people and helping them find the right property that meets their current and future needs, and you see this in him as he takes his time with you, and never tries to rush or pressure anyone into a decision.
