I never had someone at McDonald’s smile and wave at me!!! Soooo nice!!!

This is one of the worst I’ve seen! Slower than a snail on ice! I requested the owner contact me a week and a half ago, no response. This is a franchise store. I guess I need to start calling the corporate ladder.

This McDonalds is always a nightmare with poor unaccommodating personnel, 9 times out of 10 you have to pull around because service is always SLOW. They didn’t dare send me around to wait this time because I already had a card that I had received from a previous visit due to slow/​poor service, so instead they chose to deny a FREE item that was physically on the Dollar Menu Item which was a 20 Pc. McNugget for $ 5, they said an item for $ 2-​$ 3 was fine. This is obviously False advertising. Sooo, back to them not sending me to a pkg spot to wait – in addition to their slowness, I have a guy actually get out of his car and come up to my window on the passenger side with my kids in the car asking ME what was taking so long? Are you serious? All at the same time there are 3 cops 20 ft away dealing with another dispute right next to us in the drive-​thru. My whole entire drive thru experience took exactly 20 mins. From the time my order was placed (6 items – nothing fancy). The fries were COLD to say the least. The personnel were rude and insulting. The time of this svc was on a Thursday at 8:15pm drive-​thru or should I say WAIT thru. My advice would be to you is to pass this McDonalds up and go to one of the other 3 McDonalds that are in Shelby County, Indiana. Ashley was the Manager Store Number 32 084 And some if these employees wonder why some of them will be replaced by computers…
