It is so nice to have a convenient location to get parts for our tractor.
Each Spring my husband tunes up the tractor. He adds freshly sharpened blades to the belly mower, replaces any worn parts and installs the belly mower on the tractor. To purchase those parts needed he makes a list of part numbers and calls Jacobi. Within the week the parts ordered are in the shop and ready to be picked up.
This year on the day we were installing the belly mower my husband found a critical belt that was about to break. He called Jacobi Sales to see if by chance they had one in stock. The Shelbyville location did not but they were able to tell us their store in Louisville did have it. We were able to pick it up the same day and still be on schedule to complete the task of getting the belly mower installed.
