My car was in serious need of some new tires. I was extremely pleased with the tires that Chris Monroe suggested for my car. The car handling has greatly improved and the cabin noise from the tires has disappeared.
I was very impressed with the new waiting area which is located in the building beside the store. It has free wifi, a beautiful modern design, lots of space to move around in, a kitchen area, two very clean and large bathrooms, and a kids area.
I really appreciated that Tim walked over frequently to keep me updated and informed on the progress of my car. But what was cool, was I could watch my car being worked on in the waiting room via a live feed tv.
I was expecting a bit of a wait. (new tires and an alignment) but I felt that the work was done in a timely manner. I’ve never had such a great experience! Thanks Monroe Tire!

You have to come for a visit at Monroe Tire. I brought my car in for service and they did a great job of taking care of my need. Tim and Chris keep me informed as to the status of my repairs.
But the greatest thing is their new customer service waiting area. It is located next door and if you are a business person and waiting for your service they offer coffee, sodas but more importantly free WiFI and plenty of room to get some work done. I was there for 3 hours and got a lot of work accomplish. When you are an entrepreneur, you have to work as you go.
They finished their work and they explained all of the charges and make sure that I was pleased with the work that they did for me.
So if you are looking for friendly service, fair prices and a great overall experience then Monroe Tire need to be your home for the best service in this area.

I have been in Shelby for many years and have had several of my cars as well as family members and friends’ cars serviced at Monroe Tire. I recently had to purchase tires and needed great tires for a reasonable cost. The service I received was quick and customer oriented. They have a comfortable place to wait for service to be finished, and the store is within walking distance to a variety of places to shop and eat if needed. The employees at the store that I have had contact with have all been very quick to respond to questions or give direction for services needed/​offered. Thanks for all your work guys! I appreciate the detail to my safety!

These guys are the best! Very knowledgeable with all the needs of my car. They were able to service my car in every way. I’ve always taken my car to dealership for certain services only because I was always told that the dealer could only get certain parts possibly needed. Not the case! Monroe Tires saved me tons of money and will always be my one stop shop. Whether it be for tires, oil change, inspection or any other services needed. Heck! They even put new windshield wipers on for me and new bulbs in my headlights.
Thanks guys for making me feel special and caring about what was best for my car.
