2 stars is for the friendliness of the staff only. Brought my granddaughter here a month back and will not be returning. It’s dirty is really all I can say~for a new business and for children who are walking little germs anyways… I expect it to be somewhat clean. I walked around with my own hand sanitizer to keep her hands somewhat clean. I don’t like to go to a place for children and see kids who run a muck with no parental supervision plus no staff to tell children to get off the tops of those playhouses which they are too big to be on anyway, those are for the little kids… not your 10 yr old… ugh. So we will not be going back… too bad it’s closer for us than Bubbas.

My kids have been dying for this place to open. It did just in time for a birthday party. Everyone had a blast. You can tell they are still trying to work out the kinks, but the staff does a great job of making and keeping everyone happy. We had a party in the party room. It included three pizzas, three 2 liter bottles of soda and admission for up to 15 kids. Pretty good deal compared to Monkey Joe’s in Gastonia. They get the pizza from Jammin J’s — it was very good pizza and I like that they support another local business! You are technically only allowed the main party room for an hour(then you can move out to the main room), but your party goers can play all day if they want. They were very cool about set up and clean up — we didn’t feel rushed at all. The main room has some inflatables/bouncy houses. There’s an indoor zip line and a race track with Green Machines. There are some game machines that take tokens(not included in party). We actually had some people win about 3 things on the skill cranes. I hope the community comes out to support this business, so it doesn’t die like every other business in Shelby. Thanks for a great party guys!
