Decided to give them one more chance, yup they played me again. lol this is sad that they’re even allowed to stay open. Really guys? I leave a Unilocal review and u know who I am, been going there prior to these trash ass employees started working there when marg was around and my food was good. Now, its clearly a Tacobell run by the selfish losers of Macomb township that not only hate their job but hate their lives! How about you put a smile on your face or atleast make sure my foods in the bag! Your always leaving multiple things missing out of my 30 dollar order just to go home and disappointed! Well guess what this time I took my sorry ass back to get my multiple things missing again n that junkie u have at the window smiles at me thru the window as if he intentionally messed up n runs in the back. Then some attitude b**** comes to the window w my 4 items (cold of course because u can’t get hot food at this location) rudely says sorry n slams the window. Well guess what? I am forever a lost customer this place has my blood boiling as I write this. Morherfuckers take ur money don’t make what u paid for the right way and don’t put all of what you paid for in your bag, ever!!! No wonder u guys went from 24 hours back to closing at 4. I hope bbb shuts u guys down, before u guys shut yourselves down by losing loyal regular customers that spend 100+ dollars a week at your trashy location. I write this review for others to see cuz the sorry ass high ons working and running this location won’t notice until they’re unemployed

As someone who has had Taco Bell many times at several different locations, I must say this location is the absolute worst. I usually go at night time around midnight-​2am. Everytime I order here I order about $ 20 worth of food. I ask for my food «extremely well-​done». All I hear is «yup that’s not a problem» and everytime I end up getting uncooked food or food that is warm at best. I’ve had to return my order several times in the past. On top of that, there have been several occassions in which food I paid for has been missing and not in the bag. I refuse to go back to this location and give them my money until they clean up there act and give people what they pay for. I understand the employees are aware that there jobs suck, but when people are spending $ 20 plus on food we expect it to be edible. Have some decentcy and respect.

They’ve messed up orders before. They’ve Forgotten items, made things wrong, but this is the worst. A double decker supreme with just meat and sour cream? A bean burrito clearly not even in the wrapper. Beans were everywhere! A queserito was as flat as a slider. The nachos were a mess too. Sure they said they would replace it, but what about the inconvenience of having to go back? They’ll probably just mess with the food. I’ve had to go back before to get things fixed and now this, again. Enough is enough. This customer won’t be back. Do your job and you might deserve a minimum wage increase.

It’s fast food. It’s Taco Bell. The only reason I really come here is because my preteen son loves it. But I will admit I love the $ 1 frozen drinks durning happier hour (2−5pm). Normally I’d only give fast food places a 3 star, cuz well, it’s fast food. Hardly anything to glow about. But the manager here really helped me out and went above what was expected. I have taco bells mobile app, and on it there is a ½ off total order coupon, but it’s valid only if you place your order on our mobile device. Well, I didn’t have time to set it all up so manager honors at the register. High 5 that! Considering I was placing a order for 3 teenage boys, the order was rather large. Saving 50% was a huge savings! Thanks again manager Pete!

I Just ordered 2 soft tacos and wtf is the steak? I did not order a lettuce soft taco. :/​The Cheesy potatoes were cold and hard! Tried to call immediately when I saw my screwed up order after I drove all the way home, and they hung up on me 3 times!!! Finally got ahold of the manager. So pissed off! Manager said he would replace my order if I drive back??? It’s past midnight… I’m not going to get back into my car in the cold and drive all the way back to your shitty taco bell. Never going there again
