I am not the type of guy who relies on other people to get a job done for me. I definitely don’t like to pay for that type of thing either. Ok, I’m a cheap-o…I can’t help it. Well, a couple days ago I was driving along and minding my own business when my car stalled (roughly 2 miles from my house). I pulled it off to a nearby parking lot and quickly determined that I wasn’t getting it running again on my own. It hit me that I’d have to have my car towed to my house so I could work on it.
I checked Unilocal and there was just the 1 review for Quick Assist towing. They are also on Angie’s list (with an A rating) if you’re curious. I decided to give these folks a call. I gave the fine young gentleman the details of my situation (e.g. the address where the car is located, the color of the car, make/​model, etc). Since it was a Monday, the wait was a little longer than expected (roughly 2 hours). Luckily I was in no rush.
Greg showed up to tow my car and he was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He said he’d driven trucks for 39 years. That’s the kind of experience you want when someone is towing your 2014 Bugatti Veyron :) Greg grabbed my keys, clarified where he was taking my car and assured me he had it from there.
I met Greg at my residence and he gracefully unloaded my car into my garage. He was fast and cautious when he unloaded my vehicle. In total, it cost me $ 62 to have my car towed on a flat bed by a true professional in the business. Not a bad deal. Even though the wait for the truck was a little longer than expected, Greg moved my car from A to B incredibly fast.
I would definitely recommend Quick Assist Towing for any of your towing needs. I was told that they also specialize in towing classic and exotic cars. So maybe I DO drive a 2014 Bugatti Veyron… you don’t know.
