McDonald’s

The cold truth is, bad customers get bad customer service. This RonMacSteakHouse is always spot on. I often stop here on my lunch break NEVER had a problem. Haters gonna hate.

Customer service is a foreign concept at this location. Can’t even get unsalted fries without rude comments from the staff. Never going back.

McDonald’s is dank, convenient and quick… I don’t care what anyone says. Fries are fresh food is hot aah

Woof! Even for fast food this place is horrible.
Every order I have ever placed at this location was a hot mess.
Today I ordered 2 burgers with no pickles and fries. The burgers were cold, had pickles and dripping in grease and The fries tasted like old oil… completely disgusting.
Will not be going back to this location after today and would recommend others to pass on this McDonald’s.

There was black grease smeared on the top of my burger bun, enough said, I’m disgusted.

Beyond slow & inefficient, truly slow as molasses & this was at 10:22 on a Saturday Night.
Although there were only 5 – 6 cars in front of us, we figured/​assumed it would be quick like most other locations, oh was I wrong.
Ordered 2 dipped cones paid for them at window #1.pulled up to window #2 expecting 2 cones… Sir could you please pull over to spot #2
Why?
Well the chocolate dip isn’t heated up yet!
I rely.kindly.seriously.I’ll pull over, but please do not forget about me.
3 – 4 minutes later she appears with 2 dipped cones.
But really… your located 1.5 miles from a large Metropark, cant you «step It up a bit »

Horrible service!!! Why this place stays so busy, I have no idea! They’ll make you «pull up» to wait for a coke!

Let me start by stating that I do NOT frequent the McDonald’s chain whatsoever. But, I will stop from time to time to get a hot fudge sundae, or maybe some French fries… if I’m desperate.
If at all possible, avoid this McDonald’s like the plague!!! I use to live near this particular location and have never had more problems or issues with any business than I had with this place. The staff are rude, dirty, disrespectful, and could care less about taking care of you as a customer! The restaurant itself is always dirty and the employees will simply laugh about it when you bring it to their attention. I once stood at the counter for 4 or 5 minutes, with no one else in line ahead of me… waiting to be served while at least six employees stood around near the drive-​thru window, talking to someone they knew outside. I was in a hurry, so I finally asked if someone could take my order and one of the female employees looked me directly in the eye, proceeded to roll her eyes, and then turned back around and continued talking. I promptly left, along with several people that had been waiting in line behind me. This McDonald’s is ridiculous! This is the ONLY establishment of any kind where I actually asked for the owner’s contact information and contacted them to complain about their horrendous service and cleanliness.
STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!
