Sub shops popping up. This is a typical cookie cutter. Nothing spectacular. Over priced for what you get.

Today, well in line an employee walked passed me and ushered the man behind me to the front and took his order. It was quite frustrating since I had be patiently waiting to be called up as that is the way it it done there. As a person who has worked in a similar food industry, I can honestly say I have never seen such behavior. The food is always enjoyable, and if you like subs go to any dibellas. But the acts of that employee really put a bad taste in my mouth.

The sub and service was pretty average. I wasn’t happy with the incorrect order though that I received. I asked for no mayo on my sandwich and still received it, which was unfortunate. It’s hard to see them make it because the counters are so high that I couldn’t stop the process. Possibly a new staff that made the error, who knows. The sub was pretty good though once it was made correctly. In the future, I may consider going to DiBella’s rather than Jimmy Johns or Subway.

Personally I think this is the best sub shot around. Food is always hot and amazing. Service it great, employees always take their time with you. Prices aren’t too bad compared to the other shops around!

Very good subs prepared to order. Love the fresh baked bread made on site. Like the fact you can customize your sandwich. Also love that they have horseradish! As for the quality — these sins are excellent. Been here many times and haven’t been disappointed.

2 out of the 3 subs I ordered were wrong. Asked for plain bread and got some bread with seeds all over it. Asked for no peppers and got 2 handfuls of 3 different kinds of peppers. They put mustard on it which doesn’t even come on a cheese steak sub. I asked for grilled onions and they put grilled onions PLUS raw onions. The cowboy sub was covered in raw onions and was missing the bbq sauce and didn’t have one piece of bacon on it. Of course I was all the way home when I realized it and my family and I didn’t have time to go back, but I called. This is the 3rd and last time they will ever mess up my order.

Today marked my first visit to DiBella’s. My sub was delicious; I especially enjoyed the everything bread. The staff was delightful and accommodating. I mentioned that my dog was in the car and that I would be eating outside. I asked if I could have a bowl to fill with water for my dog, but there weren’t any. A few minutes later, Connor came outside with a cup of water for my dog. It was pleasant and she was excited! I will definitely visit again.

When I came in today, I witnessed what appeared to be a manager improperly reprimanding an employee. I feel that this was extremely unprofessional, not only for the employee; but for the guests as well. This manager should be send back to square one to learn basic interpersonal communication skills. Her tone and cadence were very quite inappropriate. At one time during this awful confront, I was so tempted to step in and recommend that the employee file a grievance with her corporation. It’s quite a sham to see that these are the types of role models our young generation have to look up too.

Very good grilled subs at a reasonable price. This was my second visit to a Dibella’s and it was great! Just a heads up, the large sub is HUGE. I couldn’t finish it and I have no problem finishing off a foot-long sub at Subway. It’s without a doubt enough for two. The place is really big for a fast-casual restaurant. I’d be interested to know if they ever fill up.

As chains go this is one of the best! Nice friendly crew everyone say hi and are ready to serve you a great sub. Now for the bread the only way to have a great sub is to start with a great sub bun. I’m know a lot of you eat at places like JJ or heaven forbid Subway just because you bake the sub bunn in house doesn’t mean it’s good? It’s just a good way to start. Now we are talking about chain style subs. We are not comparable the subs you get at Ventimglia or bommarito-bakery. This a good sub with good topping a fair amount of meats. Quick service and a good price for your value. Traitor and you see a good deal.

I had a DiBella’s dip, so not impressed. Didn’t like the texture of the meat and the au jus was a cup of salty water with a hint of brown in it. I like the way it looks inside, it’s set up nice. You would think your in a little sandwich shop in the big apple. I’ll give it another try but not that sandwich again. One and your done for me.

Well, you have Quizno’s, Subway, Jimmy Johns, and Firehouse as competition. Frankly, they are serviceable, but not memorable. I asked a friend, «Hey, what’s the best sub place around here?» He told me to come here. He was right. DiBella’s is clearly superior when it comes to subs. I hesitate to give a sub place 5 stars, so let’s call it 4.5 stars. The meat is generous, the bread is a higher quality. I have had the DiBella’s Dip and the Turkey, and I was pleased with both. They don’t have the variety of veggies that Subway does, and that’s fine. The meat, in my opinion, is the star of the show. They also do not drown your sub in dressing, with which again, I am fine. I got a meal, which includes a drink and cookie/chips. It’s about $ 11.50, which puts it in the same price range as the other sub shops. If you like cookies, try theirs. Not a bad little dessert after a delicious sub. Dang, now I’m hungry after writing this review.

I have gone to a bunch of sub shops and this definitely takes the cake. I got the God Father sub on an everything bun. Let me tell you, the subs at Dibellas are hands down the best subs you can get. They literally fill the entire sub with meat and everything is so fresh. The bun is excellent and fresh as well. If you have an option between Dibellas and your average sub shop, you should definitely choose Dibellas!

Amazing subs! This is what you should call a «good eat». My boyfriend and I always share 1 large sub for $ 9.99. The sub lasts us at least a meal or two. We get the everything bread with capicola, spicy ham, & roast beef(grilled) along with mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato, onion, sweet peppers, hot peppers, banana peppers, black olives, swiss Cheese, & DiBella’s famous oil dressing. Service is always good. Friendly employees. You can also call ahead if you do not want to wait for your sub. I never had to wait more than 10 minutes for my sub.

Great subs. A small size is plenty even for the biggest appetite. I have had the cheesesteak, Godfather, and meatball. All were fantastic. The only critisism is the service. Not always consistent. My first visit: I ordered and it was not that busy, but they never prepared my order, after 10 mins I went to the counter and they said a few more minutes. 10 more minutes went by and they asked me what kind of sub I was waiting on. Ummm the one I ordered 20 minutes ago. Cheesesteak. They made up my order and made it with everything instead of NOPEPPERS on anything. They had to redo the order and it took another 10 minutes. The second visit: Sunday evening around 7pm. Nobody in the place and I stood at the counter. l, and stood at the counter. Two guys behind the counter, no greeting, just came up to me and said, «what can I get you». I ordered a godfather grilled and they messed up the order. Third visit: lunchtime on a Tuesday, not busy, better more pleasant service, and all subs made in ample time to specified order. Hopefully, the service will get better. I only had good service 1 out of three times. So, more consistency in customer service would be helpful.

First time here today and I was pretty impressed for the most part. When my boyfriend and I entered the restaurant we were greeted immediately by cheery workers. There’s a sign that reads(something along the lines of): Please wait here for next available sub maker. So we waited. And waited while the workers just stood around. A gentleman told us to walk down to the end of the prep area to order. Perhaps they should move that sign or better yet just get rid of it. My boyfriend and I both orders the medium Godfather. Medium is 10 inch sub. Godfather has genoa salami, capicola and spicy ham. You can pick your toppings and cheeses. We both got lettuce and provolone with mayo. What’s nice about Dibellas is you can pick your bread. I got seseme bread, while my boyfriend got everything bread. You can either get your meats cold or grilled. We both picked grilled because to us that’s the only way to eat a sub. The bread is fresh but is not toasted. When you pay you have to repeat your order(that you already told the sandwich maker) to the cashier. Perhaps they could get a ticket system so you don’t have repeat yourself. The subs were pretty good. Definitely more bread that meat so if you love your carbs this place is for you! Very filling and really tasty. You can easily taste all the different meats and toppings in every bite. For two medium subs and a medium pop is was around $ 17. A little pricy but you get a lot for your money. Very large dinning area and patio seating outside. They have specialty subs available or you can create your own with up to three meats. Toppings and cheese are included in price. Would I be back? Sure! I wouldn’t say it’s the best sub I ever had– like the slogan says– but it’s kinda ranked up there next to Penn Station for me.

DiBella’s is pretty good. I don’t know if it’s as good as other sub/sandwich shops, but that’s your own prerogative. I like the Philly Cheese. You can add bacon(for extra), add all the veggies you want, pick the cheese you want, and the bread.(The«Everything» bread is the only way to go, as far as I’m concerned.) Their«famous» oil is pretty good too, but nothing too amazing. I won’t be out on a pulpit telling others about it. The chicken was cooked well, nice and white. The cheese was good and was not«too cheesy» where it took over the taste of everything else. The grilled peppers and onions were good, and I added lettuce, tomatoes and banana peppers. Overall, it was pretty filling. It was also a little pricey. I paid almost $ 9 for a medium-sized sub, which I guess is comparable to places like Subway that are not as good. Is this better than Firehouse? Yes. Is it better than Quizno’s? I’d say not. It’s different, though, and is a good quick meal — that is unless there are many people waiting. I went in on a Saturday and waited 10 minutes just to be served, and there were only two people ahead of me. AKA, the place was borderline empty. I’d give it a try, with the everything bread, and then go from there. They have a big menu you can customize. The parking lot is a real cluster over there, too.

This place could have been a five if the staff wasn’t so annoying. The food was fantastic, but the process to get it is something to be desired. After placing my order at the counter I had to go to the register and repeat it so I could be rung up. I ordered two sandwiches to go and so they gave me to different numbers. Then my one sandwich came up several minutes before my other. It was dis just weird. Also, I had to say no at least three times to a beverage, I understand upselling, but come on now. The bread was amazingly fresh and the sandwich was a delight.
