I initially came here for a groupon that was a great deal. My hair was super long and thick at the time and I did not get up charged for any services. Second time I went it, I had it all cut off. The staff was very supportive during the whole process and I was able to donate my hair. I had Michelle styling my hair both times and HIGHLY recommend seeing her. I will be going in for my third time sometime this week!

Very interesting that the previous reviewer stated, «I am SUPER picky and love a certain color platinum blonde :)» Hmm, look at her picture… she is a brunette. I guess you can’t believe everything your read. Nice try.

So Yesterday I went to salon in my clemens and told them I wanted platinum blonde highlights. Instead I had this full head of a beigeish/​greyish color and they let me leave crying my eyes out! The following morning I called Boncidello at 9:45am and explained what happened and they got me in at 10:30am with Amanda. She is the best thing that ever happened to my hair! I am SUPER picky and love a certain color platinum blonde :) Thank you sooooo much for saving me

I walked in and was impressed by the receptionist — very friendly and her hair looked great! (Good sign?) I told them who I was there to see and appointment time. They informed me that she was running about 15 minutes late. I waited about 25 – 30 min. I was not happy — I took time off work and got a babysitter for this? When the girl finally came to get me she apologized that «the old lady in front of you» made a mistake on her appointment time.
The girl who cut & highlighted my hair was crass. She had horrible breath! (I’m sorry but if you work in this industry it’s important to have good hygiene.) She talked over me and was using swear words. She and her friend (another stylist) were talking about old people in their 40’s!!! The woman her friend was working on was at least 50, I felt bad for her!
My highlights are beautiful! My cut? Not so much. She spent minimal time on my hair and didn’t even cut the front. I was not impressed and I won’t go back. For this kind of a cut you could honestly go to BoRics. (I recommend the one in front of Target on HallRd!)
A real disappointment!!! The salon really really needs a facelift too. And I was FREEZING the whole time. The décor is old and falling apart. The chairs are as uncomfortable as folding chairs.

I purchased the Groupon for cut, color, and deep conditioning treatment and was I was pleased how it turned out! Andrea did a great job on my hair, which is naturally curly which is sometimes a challenge for other stylists. It was a convenient location and friendly staff. They had reasonable prices for the products used and didn’t push you to buy anything. I will be coming back for my next cut/​color!

Got my hair and makeup done here for my wedding. The girls were very nice, and both hair and makeup stood up for a LONG wedding day. Seriously, appt was at 8am, church at noon, reception at 6pm. Prices were reasonable. One star off because one of my bridesmaids didn’t have the best stylist… didn’t seem to know what she was doing.
I probably wouldn’t go there for color or cut (because I’m a little psycho about that), but they are great for wedding hair and makeup.
