Ordered a bagel. They toasted it. Put it in the baggy with the container of cream cheese. I go to my car. Open the bag and the cream cheese is already half eaten. Totally grossed out. Went in, got my money back and lost my appetite.

After leaving the Tim hortons drive thru down the street with nothing because the staff was so rude I came to this biggbys. Their staff was so nice and helpful. I will definitely be returning here.

Love the decaf hazelnut. Tastes like real coffee and not that washed out garbage like most other decaf. Staff is friendly and quick. Love the drive thru option and have never actually been inside.

The pros:
–Staff and service at this location consistently very good
–Caramel Marvel lattes!
–Drive thru and inside very good
The cons:
–Definitely higher priced than competitors (you can catch coupons though)
–They don’t have phone app for payment and/​or rewards program
–If you go to drive thru they always try too up sell (extra shot espresso, muffin etc)
I don’t fault them… but as customer it can be a bit annoying

I love Biggby’s Mocha Mocha! It will always keep me going back. The owner is a very nice gentleman. He worked behind the counter training employees for several months and I thought he was another ordinary worker since he plays the part so well. Thank you for your kindness. You have great employees and fantastic coffee. Now let’s speed up those drive thru times.

It was just okay, Bigby coffee is just too bitter for this guy.

The prices are high but I wouldn’t mind paying them if there were some organic options, especially since coffee is the crop with the most heavily applied pesticides. The staff there is very friendly.

I enjoy Bigby drinks. I always want to try and avoid extra calories by adding ‘skim milk’ or ‘no whipped cream’ but I don’t and enjoy the sugar rush that comes with.
I was a bit confused with the drive thru part of this Bigby (I was frantic and thought coffee instead of whiskey would calm my nerves after waiting almost an hour on Van Dyke so I was driving fast and not paying attention).
Once I found the drive thru window, it was easy peasy after that and the barista was very friendly and welcoming.
I have to admit Bigby workers are the friendliest.

The coffee is very mellow and the staff are very quick and friendly. It’s my favorite coffee shop. Would give it 5 stars if they ask customers to not smoke on the patio.

If the line at Tim Horton’s is wrapped around the building, I venture over to this Biggby. Yes, Biggby has WAY better coffee than Tims. However, snaking into the old K-​Mart parking lot is kind of a pain. Also, the chick in the drive thru is very annoying with trying to upsell. Everyday I get asked the SAME questions. Do I want an extra shot of espresso, a larger size, a muffin, a shot of chocolate syrup? NO. I just want a BLACK COFFEE. After the third day in a row, I just get pissed. It is great coffee, but the 20 questions get old after a while.
