Decent place for an inexpensive pizza. I ordered a round pizza, cheese sticks and wings. The pizza was better than little Caesars. The wings were really good; they were the breaded and fried type. The cheese bread was ok.

Since the new owners have come in. . BAD, BAD, BAD! We had been ordering from Best Choice since they opened. The last time was our LASTTIME! One would expect that if someone owns a pizza place that they’d at least know what a pizza is. It’s a shame that their reputation has to suffer for lack of effort. If you go, be sure to pack your smile, because they sure aren’t giving them out! The past crew were always welcoming and conversational. CHECKYOURITEMSBEFOREYOULEAVE!

Best choice was not my best choice. Pizza night in, decided to try somewhere different. Ordered the 4 topping special along with antipasti salad. Salad was decent, lot of meat and good ranch dressing. It was paper plate night and had to semi check if I was eating the pizza, or the paper plate. Very bland with little cheese. think I will stick with Hollywood pizza if I want delivery.

When ever I order pizza I always go think back to Best Choice. Always a good showing of toppings and the dough is perfect(which is why their bread sticks rock). I’ve heard some people think the sauce is kinda spicy, so if you’re a wimp when it comes to heat, try light sauce(or Alfredo). They got coupons for almost any pizza variety you need so inquire when you call to see what you can work out. They don’t seem to have a maximum delivery range so you can expect a delivery almost anywhere if you don’t mind waiting a hot minute. If you’re not getting Jets you better be getting Best Choice!

I talked to a couple guys that used to franchise a Little Caesar’s and they told me, I quote, «Guy, if you saw how we make our $ 5 pizzas and the ingredients in the back, you wouldn’t eat from us again.» Little Caesar’s revolutionized the recession’s popular $ 5 large pizza in a hard crusted, lacjing of cheese, hard breaded, shitty toppings manner — on a national level — well that has given way for individual mom and pop pizzerias to position themselves as the higher quality local hometown budget take out pizzeria. That being said, this is another hometown pizzeria for the budget conscious take-out pizza. For the price, you get quality ingredients such as soft bread and crust, fresh mozzarella that tastes 100% real, and toppings that cook through and sweat a nice delectable orange oil(mmm…pepperonis and sausages…). One nice thing is that they use the cheese and toppings liberally — especially if you kindly ask them to do so when putting the order in. The guys/gals that take the order are patient and courteous(unlike the grumpy ones I often encounter at chains like Pizza Hut, Little Caesar’s, Domino’s, etc.) Overall, if you are in the area and want some take-out, I highly recommend this place. You can have good pizza for a family dinner or a game night without breaking the bank. And, I promise you that it’s superior to Little Caesar’s! As you can see in the ohotos — there’s some casual cafeteria style seating in house in case you just can’t wait to take the piping hot pies home! And there’s even some pool tables to shoot pool! Hot damn, a budget pizzeria with pool tables — can’t beat that! FYI — There is also a Best Choice location near 17/Mound Rd. in Sterling Heights, if you live further south.

Best Choice just got even better… I usually visit the one on 17 and Van Dyke, but I recently went to the Auburn and Ryan location and I was pleasantly surprised to find a roomy seating area with arcade games and pool tables! Their pizza is always hot and their bread has a unique freshness to it that I can’t get enough of. I will never again pay $ 5 for a Little C’s Hot n Ready or Pizza Hut’s Pizza Mia, which by the way are a JOKE, so long as Best Choice is around. Even then, Jet’s is still a better deal with a delicious pizza and price I can stomach! But don’t think you’re done just yet, after you’re finished burping up pepperoni essence… you can make your fat ass over to the ice cream counter and indulge in some yummy frozen treats! I usually get carry-out, but I will definitely try to sit down and enjoy the ambiance next time I want to scarf down a pie!

So this Best Choice location has made some interesting changes! The inside has expanded to include more seating, pool tables, arcade games and even an ice cream counter! At first it seemed so out of place since the original interior looked similar to any typical fast food pizza place like Little Caesars. I took it all in for a few minutes while I waited for my order, and I think it’s a great idea. It has that 80s arcade vibe inside. This can be a cool hangout for teens to come to and eat cheap and play games in a smoke free environment. I like that there is a dining area to eat in, and it’s super clean! The cost per hour for shooting pool is $ 6.00, and darts is $ 3.00. As for the menu the only new choices that I noticed was the ice cream counter and fried chicken with potatoes. I have ordered the chicken before and it’s pretty dam good! It’s also not greasy! The only downfall is the location because it’s on the corner of Auburn and Ryan road… not a busy area! And it still looks like a small fast food pizza joint from the outside. If your passing it you would have no clue that it offers more than meets the eye!
