110% worth the visit every time. I travel quite the distance to have my hair cut by one of the greats in the business, Elizabeth. The price is a little much, but it’s totally worth it to get my hair fixed after times when I can’t make it out to this salon and have to go to Great Clips or Lady Jane’s. This place has a very nice atmosphere inside and friendly staff to go along with it. Obviously… I always walk out with a perfect haircut that I get compliments on for many weeks after my visit. Even though guys normally do not go to a salon, I will still always come here when I can as long as Elizabeth is there!

I wish there was a way to rate the owner and the stylist separate. Lets start with the great. Jen B., my stylist, was amazing. She listened to everything I wanted and then catered to my wants. My hair hasn’t looked this great in years!
The bad. The front desk staff/​management is atrocious. Seriously. They are so bad. I won’t return just on their behavior alone. They are rude and condescending. It reminded me of a high school lunch table.

Great experience — very friendly staff. I felt welcome and pampered from the moment I walked in! Very happy with my hair — the color and cut have rejuvenated me! I would definitely recommend Bellisima Salon to all my friends and family.

Went to salon because of a Groupon. While on my way there I received a phone call stating stylist was running ½ hour late. Stylist was friendly. Discussed what she would and would not do with my dark hair by adding highlights. First thing was no blonde. Was supposed to receive Moroccan oil treatment which I don’t believe actually happened (they said it did but I just didn’t know it). Stylist recommended a toner with highlights for an additional cost. Opted out because of the way it was described to me. Ended up walking out with blonde stripes in my hair! Since I was already late for work because of the ½ hour delay I was not able to address the situation then. When I called the salon to share my disappointment, they offered to fix my hair for an additional cost and played a game of he says she says. When I showed my hair to the owner of another salon she said no stylist should have let me walk out looking like that and that I should not let her touch my hair again.

I found this place thanks to Groupon and I am so glad I did! I went in for a facial with Maria and she is fabulous! She is so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! And the facials are a very reasonable price. They offer Express facials for $ 45 for 30 minutes and then you can add customized treatment for $ 25 that include: flash exfoliation, eye rescue, clearing spot treatment, and lip renewal. I always feel great after a facial here. If you are on the fence about facials or struggling to find someone good, look no further!
