A Plus Painting

The owner of this company — Matt — was passing out flyers with his name and number in our local area for painting services. I did a quick search on his company name and couldn’t come up with anything, which made me nervous. Regardless, we received several quotes on painting the exterior of our home and repairing some rotted wood siding — Matt’s quote was most affordable, so we went with him. Things went pretty smoothly, he showed up on time, he always answered our phone calls and was professional and courteous. The part that infuriates me is once the job is done and he’s been paid, he no longer returns phone calls. There was a small section of the house he forgot to paint and we contacted him about it a couple weeks later. We’ve unsuccessfully tried to get him back to paint that small section for weeks and he has blown us off. I highly recommend you check all his work before he gets paid; otherwise, good luck hearing from him again!!!
