Before I hired Weed Pro, I could not get the weeds under control on my lawn to save my life. From the first visit, I knew I was in good hands after how thorough they were on the property I knew good things were to come. One thing I really appreciate about this company is their customer service and communication. The customer service team is very professional and extremely friendly and guess what… if you call the office, you actually get someone on the phone unlike some of my previous providers where customer service was inexistent. One of my other favorite things about this company is that they do not up sell you thorough out the course of being a customer. The one thing I hate the most is being harassed by my previous providers to buy products I have absolutely no interest in. Weed Pro contacts me very seldom and it’s to see how my service has been. In my opinion this has been by far the best experience with this type of service. Continue to do you what you’re doing Weed Pro!!!

If I could give them«negative» stars, I would… I had Weed Pro for my lawn care service last year. At the end of the year, I got a call from corporate? asking me how my service was that year. I told them that I paid to have the weeds removed from my beds and there were TONS of them… I told them I didn’t believe they had EVER been sprayed. I never saw a difference from week to week. Nothing was ever done to try to make it right for me. Then, this year, I start getting invoices for work that I NEVER contracted for, and I just got done paying for a past-due invoice for services I NEVER requested to be performed. I was told«Well, services are renewed automatically year after year.» What a racket that is! I don’t know how you guys get away with that. Outrageous! You don’t just get to arbitrarily«sign up» a person who just so happened to use your service the year before. I have cancelled my service and will be CERTAIN to contact all my friends in my neighborhood and tell them what an AWFUL experience it was working with your company. And I will be contacting the BBB!
