This is Taco Bell. It’s fast food — my expectations aren’t that high to begin with so I wouldn’t write a review unless there was a serious reason to.
The last visit it took us 15 minutes to get our order from the drive through, and this time it’s been 20 minutes waiting inside.
This place needs better employees and proper management. You want $ 15 an hour? Earn it.

We had lunch there today. I was a bit skeptical about the service after reading the reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised. Tanya at the counter was very friendly and so was the other person who came and served us at our table. I saw them cleaning everything thoroughly after each table was vacated. My teenage daughter also commented that we haven’t seen this kind of friendly service at any Taco Bell in Chicago.
