Waited for 2.5 hrs for a scheduled, after hours appointment for service on my drain. No updates nor responses to voice and emails during the wait. They never showed. I would expect a follow up to the messages left even after the incident — it’s just good business, but no response or explanation for the no show. Can’t rely on them when scheduled. Wouldn’t rely on in an emergency.
