Down a dark and winding road you will find Majerle’s Black River Grill by the lake. To me, not being from the area, it seemed like it was in the middle of nowhere because it was dark and I didn’t know where I was going, but must be a local hot spot based upon the crowd inside. We went on a Friday night, looking for a steak and I am so glad I found this place. The service was great, the food was very good and the prices were extremely fair. There were three in our party and with drinks, appetizer and three meals it was under $ 70. Atmosphere is like an old supper club feel. Tiny place with a fireplace and smaller dining room. Bar up front. From what I could tell, looked to be family owned and operated. Really loved my experience and when we are back in Sheboygan, I will definitely be going back to Majerle’s.

Holy bologna! This place is awesome. We are new to town and a bartender at a different place told us to come here. It is such a cute little bar and restaurant in the woods. There are deer feeders in front of the windows and deer come right up.
The food was awesome! My fiancé got a porterhouse steak; he said it was the best steak he ever had. I had a turkey reuben that was very good. The best part of the night is a toss up… It was either the homemade snickers cheesecake or the Galaga arcade machine. We will be back.

Adorable little place we stumbled upon during our journey home. The hype was intense as u walked into the door at 4:20 pm and already a 20 min wait for dinner. We sat promptly as our 20 min was up. Service was spot on! Now for the food, it was Friday so probably should’ve ordered fish fry but we wanted steaks. 6oz ribeye tuff and 6oz filet seemed much better. Just sub-par food and not sure what the hype is! I will try fish fry and give it one more try! Best part of dinner was watching the deer eat from the feeder out the windows.
