Hidden Gem
My wife and I decided to go to Sheboygan to eat, we see the Dickey’s Billboard and we love Real smoked bbq so we went. Don’t let the outside fool you, we almost passed on it. My wife investigated and the place is legit from the smoke ring on the brisket to the fall off the bone ribs! Great sides from fried okra to the bbq beans. If you like real bbq go to Dickey’s oh the sweet tea is great!!! #BigYellowCup also free vanilla cones… It’s a great place!

Eat here! Seriously, do it. You will thank me. Me, my husband and five year old daughter shared the Picnic Pack with pulled pork, mac n cheese and the onion tanglers. All of it was delicious! Plus it was fast and the employees were very friendly. Whenever we are in town we will definitely be coming back here.

Went here for lunch with my husband and 3 year old. We had the shredded pork sandwich and our little guy had the chicken tenders. The sandwiches were delicious. Even though they smoke all the meat daily it didn’t have an overly powering smoked flavor which was nice. The sides we’re delicious. A little pricey, but a nice change from the everyday regular places. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely be back again!

My first visit, and wow, so good! Pork, brisket and turkey were so tender and juicy with great «Q» flavor. Sides were equally good. Being a Memphis BBQ fan, this measures up really well. Great service by nice people. Already planning the next trip to Dickies in Sheboygan.

I used Dickey’s BBQ Pit to cater a birthday party for 35 people. Ordered the brisket and the bbq pork, beans, and potato casserole. The food tasted great, and the buffet came with everything we needed — plates, silverware, serving spoons, etc.
My only complaint was that they messed up the time they were supposed to come. When I called, they were very apologetic, but still ended up being an hour late. Since they were rushed, they also forgot the rolls. We were able to negotiate on the final bill, and I could tell they felt bad.
In the end, I probably would still order from them again, as the food tasted great and the prices are reasonable.

I have been waiting for a decent BBQ place to open in Sheboygan. Excellent food and wonderful staff. The owners are very friendly and aproachable. Good BBQ is worth the price, and Dickie’s is the real deal!

I was so happy to see a Dickey’s open up here — being from Texas I greatly miss good barbeque, and this place has it! Susan the manager is really cool and you can tell she’s not being fake-nice like so many restaurant employees are. Yum.

I stopped here on a whim last thursday — turns out this place was quite packed!
Turns out, it was actually the grand opening. Overall, I thought the food was pretty good. Nothing to give you an epiphany by any means, but good when you just want to cure that craving for ribs. There isn’t a lot of seating here — however, I am mindful that this was a grand opening.
The staff was super friendly, even amidst the chaos of day one.
Once things settle down after the «omg a new restaurant» craze, this place could really hit its stride.
A fast-casual place for some common-place, comfort food — worth it. Just don’t judge it too hard until thongs start to settle down.
This appears to be a national chain, although I’ve never heard of it before — regardless, it’s always good to see expansion in local communities.
