I was really happy to see this new location opened up, but they still have a lot of kinks to work out of their system. I think the manager is the mom of one of the clerks. She was on the phone the entire time, but that didn’t stop her from micromanaging the two clerks and basically getting in the way and causing confusion while she kept butting in on the transaction. The clerk kept asking her to leave him alone and let him do his job –with no success.
I will likely go back, but I drive by another store on my way home from work every day, so I’ll probably use that location more often.
