I was way too generous with my first review giving them 3 stars. The accessory(screen protector) that I bought a while back broke. That’s all I needed to get. I’m not even a Sprint subscriber, but this store is so close. The place wasn’t that busy. There was a disgruntled customer that three employees were hovering over. He was not happy. I walked around a bit waiting to get someone’s attention. There were plenty of workers around Finally I saw a young woman who looked free. I walked over and she said hi in an annoyed way. I told her I just needed the screen protector. The phone rang and she said«okay, but I have to get this.» I’m like okay, phone calls can mean money too, so I’ll wait. When she finished with the phone call, she didn’t even look in my direction. Okay I’m done, but wait, a young man with a tablet walks over and asks if he can help me. I’m like sure. He puts my phone number and first name in and then proceeds to tell me, «someone will be with you.» He then goes over to chat with another employee hanging out by a register. Seriously?! I just want to buy a screen protector. Out the door I walked. Never again…

This store ruined my wife’s phone. Then wanted $ 200 to replace it. Hmmm walk into store with perfectly good phone, walk out with totally destroyed phone, plus Sprint want $ 200 to boot. This store is terrible. Almost two weeks later, still waiting on manager to call us. A dissatisfied 16 year customer.

If you can get past the gate keepers and to the techs, they are good and will help you out. The greeter– will charge your account to just walk in the store and the«salesmen» will lie and tell you that you just need to buy a new phone! Don’t trust anyone– but the techs! Do not give them your information, do not waster your breath– ask for a tech and if the gate keepers won’t let you through, LEAVE!

This store is the reason why Sprint has a bad reputation for service and why they are cutting jobs. The staff are unmotivated, manager is incompetent, and the overall experience is horrible. I came asking for a nano SIM card for an iPhone. The manager(Mike) said he may not have them in stock and asked me to wait. He didn’t have time to check his inventory before letting me wait 30min. The staffs were standing around and didn’t look for a SIM card. I finally grabbed a tech to help me verify if he has one, took him 5sec to verify that he doesn’t. Why the hell did Mike make me wait 30min???, I want my 30min back!!! Seriously, I hope this company gets bought out by someone who actually cares about customer service or file Chapter 11 soon. This is a terrible way of doing business in a highly competitive industry. I’m all about supporting a Kansas City based company, but this is ridiculous. Seriously, don’t go here and avoid Sprint altogether!!!

One of the repair guys fixed my phone for FREE instead if charging me $ 75 and ordering me a refurbed one. He went above and beyond and I really appreciated that.
