I am writing a review about the Holiday Inn Express in Shawnee OK. My husband works here in town and stays there all the time. We drove in on Monday September 7, 2015. When we checked in we were pulling an 18 ft trailer with 2 Harley Davidson Motorcycles and 1 Honda Shadow. All 3 were strapped down with bright orange straps. The trailer is brand new and is black with white designs on it. It also has a rear right light blown out which was caused from a tire blowout and also a dented fender. We checked in around 11:45 pm and parked on the side of the front entrance right at the front check in. On Tuesday morning we came out to leave and our trailer and all 3 motorcycles were gone. Someone had jacked our trailer off of our truck and pulled the trailer back about 20 ft. There was a mark in the asphalt that showed how far back it was drug. The law was called and a report was filed. To our surprise this hotel has no cameras at all to provide security for anything in the parking lot. The manager patted my shoulder and said so sorry to his happened! Really? $ 40,000.00 worth of motorcycles and trailer stolen right from the front of the hotel and nobody saw anything? Wanted to share our awful experience with whoever will listen!
