Pizza Hut

Do not order from these assholes. We ordered a pizza and breadsticks with marina sauce. They forgot our sauce then tried to say we didn’t order any. Then we asked how much for it they tried to say we don’t deliver just marina. Very rude and wouldn’t bring the sauce. Also the manager said he pays the driver for each delivery… shit if that’s the case why aren’t delivery drivers rich? Cause you know on a busy night they might have 30 orders or more. What a dumb ass.

I’ve never had so many issues with a pizza restaurant in my life! First of all, this location does not honor any corporate coupons — so all of those deals that you see in the commercials that Pizza Hut is running, don’t bother trying to get this location to honor them. I asked the manager about this and he said with a kind of «sucks-​to-​be-​you» smirk, «Well we are our own franchise and we don’t have to honor those coupons.» Geez, sorry for assuming that if Pizza Hut is offering a deal that I should be able to redeem said deal at my local Pizza Hut.
Two weeks ago, I placed an order online for delivery and was promptly called back and told that they were not delivering because there was some snow on the ground. Seriously there may have been 1 – 2 inches tops.
Finally, I ordered a 3-​cheese stuffed pizza, went to pick it up and paid and then was told that they had «tried to call me a few times» to tell me that they don’t carry that crust anymore. Whatever. I almost offered to see if their phone system was broken because I showed no missed calls on my cell phone. Then, there was no manager on site who could void the charge on my card, so I had to wait until the next day to be called to let me know that the charge on my card had been cancelled.
Poor form Pizza Hut, poor form.
