Ordered an AED battery from this company through their website. Payment was accepted with receipt email to me, but the battery has not arrived. Repeated phone calls and emails to company have led to a voicemail only with no return calls or return emails. Makes me wonder if this is a real company. They claim to teach CPR classes through the American Heart Association and sell equipment and supplies, but yoiu would never know it through my experience. They at least have terrible customer service.
